I ordered a tshirt for my daughter and it came about 10 days before original delivery date. My daughter was THRILLED with the shirt! Awesome job!!

I've purchased several shirts, a mug, and a couple of tote bags with an accordion theme. I've even purchased a gift or two from them. I purchased a print that I wasn't quite as satisfied with. Still overall. they have been a good merchant and the products have arrived satisfactorily. I enjoy their wide selection and I'm sure I will find myself purchasing from them again. :)

The shirt came sooner than expected & I LOVE IT! The quality of the print is AWESOME! Would definitely order more shirts!

I ordered a camping shirt and I love it! Great fit and it arrived in good time. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I bought a mug, and it arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Still trying to decide whether to keep it or give it as a gift.

Loved the product. The recipient of this gift was thrilled.

BUYER BEWARE - SAVE YOUR MONEY
NOT RELIABLE AND EXTREMELY POOR NON- EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Placed confirmed order on 12/13/2019 allowing for more than sufficient time for shipping and arrival of gifts by Christmas. NO communications from the company. NO explanations from the company. No updates from the company. NO notifications received from their customer service. Order was not shipped out until 12/23/2019 ten (10) days after they confirmed receiving the order. Order is now not expected to arrive until 12/30/2019 - obviously too late as Christmas gifts. VERY DISAPPOINTING !

DO NOT place orders with this company unless you don’t care if or when you may receive what you paid for. They talk a good game. They’ll take your money today without hesitation, but will they follow through and promptly deliver. NO !!

There are several other more reliable and professional company’s to buy from.
Teefrost is not one of them.

The product quality is very good. Mugs are printed on both sides so the design is visible to both the user and others regardless of the hand used to drink with. Printing on t-shirts is something between sublimation and screen printing, unsure of the exact method, it appears it will hold up well. Standard shipping is provided by DHL. Notifications go out for each type of item shipped, it's not all in one package. Multiple mugs will be shipped individually, however only one notification is provided when they're shipped. Not disappointed in this vendor, however improvements could be made.

The quality of the mug I purchased is excellent and it got here quickly.

I ordered two things from Teefrost for my husband this month, a tee-shirt, previously reviewed, and a hoodie.
The hoodie arrived Monday, ahead of expectations (especially given the holiday season). It is beautifully printed, fits my husband perfectly, and he reports that it is warm and comfy. We are both thrilled! And we will be using Teefrost again (and telling our fellow musicians about it as well!) Great job again, Teefrost!!!

I friend told me about your service and I liked what I saw. The shirt fits very well. I will be wearing this to band practice this coming week, so I'm sure I will be asked where I got it from. I'll be sure to mention your business and maybe you will get some additional orders.

The site is not trustworthy! It is hard to navigate and tends to be miss-leading. I discovered that I had accidentally ordered two shirts of the same size and color and tried to immediately cancel one of the orders. My request was denied because, they said, my order was already in production. This happened at 11 PM on a Sunday night. Really? Do not use this site! It is mostly a scam.

Customer Service is THE WORST! The t-shirt is fine, but it came a week after the event that I needed it for!!!! There wasn't an obvious place to do rush shipping so I ordered it and then went back 25 minutes later to cancel it and redo it with the rush shipping option I finally found. It was a Friday so it said to contact them on Monday, but Monday it was in printing and I couldn't cancel it. I tried the online chat button and they didn't chat for 20 minutes and I was already back at work. I tried the email and got no help at all. So now I have a nice t-shirt with a date on it for an event that is over. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
