Did not receive order. Attempted to contact company, only provides email address. No response to email, could not track my order and never received confirmation of order. This site is a scam.

After I made order, there is no confirmation email at all (normal companies do that, and nothing difficult to do that, so that beginning look like a SCAM).
I wrote them mail.
They replied me:

And what?
Silence...
Also that mail was in Spam folder 🤡🤡🤡

This is scam page that appears on the first Google links, that is terrible, and we need report this guys.

This company seems to be in the habit of not sending a confirmation email for your purchase. I also thought that the order had not gone through, and ordered 3 times!! Considering that they charge $10 (???) for delivery, the whole thing became a considerable expense.
I wrote to them and their answer was, as I expected, they do not do returns for "buyers remorse".
Unfortunately, they redirect the page from what looks like a legitimate official seller for the band I wanted, to their own. I didn't notice this immediately and I am surprised my computer did not alert me to the fact.
I will try to get my money back using the payback system.

I was a bit skeptical when buying, but I was very surprised. Even though I havent received any confirmation email the package was delivered within a week to the Czech republic. The crewneck looks amazing and is very comfy. So after all i can recommend buying from this e-shop, BUT you should use PayPal for extra protection.

When I ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter from the website I never saw any confirmation that my order was successful. Never received an email confirmation nor receipt showing shipping charges. Thinking I had made an error, I tried again and once more. I gave up, assuming there was a glitch in the ordering system somewhere. However, a day later, when I checked my credit card statement I had been charged for 3 separate orders. I immediately contacted Teemerch customer service to cancel and was told it was too late to cancel. When the shirts arrived I took them back to the USPS where they were marked”refused.” Now, almost a month after I sent the items back, and many emails later, the company is not responding and I still have not been credited with my returns. BTW the shipping doubled the price of the sweatshirt.

We bought a great sweater (fan of French rapper JUL) for our daughter. After ordering, we did not receive any e-mail nor confirmation. It felt really odd (maybe because we made the order from Europe), but after two weeks we became info from the deliverer (Belgian post) that a package was under way. End good, all good.

Same as everyone else so will cancel the transaction through my bank.

i dont get the negative reviews, for me it was perfect, it came within 10 days and i really love it, i recommend it. and the custumer service was also great

I ordered a shirt. Never got a confirmation or tracking number - total silence. After about a week, I emailed customer service and they told me my shirt had been delivered three days ago. It had not. They agreed to send me a replacement. Again, no confirmation or tracking number. Another week goes by, no shirt. I asked for a refund. No response, total silence. Best case scenario, this is a brand new company run by inexperienced idiots. More likely, this is a scam.

Never received a confirmation email, so I emailed them and they did send me the info. Got my order, inside threads were a tangled mess, coming loose, the image faded significantly after the first wash. They haven’t responded to any emails regarding those issues. I don’t believe they are even an officially licensed site, rather just another print on demand site that’s over charging band merch.

Was worried at first that it was a scam since I didnt get an order confirmation and couldn't track my package. But the package with what I hade ordered came within a week. The product was just as described on the website. Very satisfied!

I just had to cancel my credit card because my 75-yr old mom got suckered by these clowns last night, trying to buy gifts for my niece. She thought she was buying "official merchandise" as the page she landed on clearly claimed. If you go to the "About Us" page, it clearly states otherwise. Whoever "they" are- they just run knock-off sites that use Printify (a Shopify print-on-demand service) to process their orders. If orders are even processed...

Mom DID get an order confirmation (from no-reply*at*woocommerceinvoice.com) and, of course, I DID get a pending charge on my account (from DUSKFLARELAMPS, LLC). Oh- and, per their website, all sales are final. They claim that customers can cancel within 12 hours. After 12 hrs, a cancelation request results in a $250 charge.

No doubt the thieves will just change websites and business names if they're in any danger. It costs them next to nothing. They have 0 overhead and 0 accountability. Do they actually deliver their fake products? Who knows? And, really- who cares? If a customer INTENDED to buy unofficial, knock-off merchandise- they'd order for 1/4 of the price from Walmart.

Redirected from "official" band page. But after closer view it still had wordpress template and just wiki description. Function of shop page does not work, like track order. Order email never came.

My previous review said that the website was a scam and that you shouldn't order from it, however this turned out to be false. The piece of clothing meets the expectations of quality, but i must criticize this company for the lack of receipts and updates that were supposed to be sent out, which first led me to the conclusion that the website was a scam, until one day i received my package. If you order from here, you will probably receive your ordered item eventually, but don't be surprised if you don't get your receipt mailed to you.

This is a scam page! Don’t order from there, even if you have been directed to their shop from a legit-looking band website.
