Horrible Customer service! I placed an order in February of 2024. I had no updates on my order for 3 months so I decided to reach out. I was told there was a supply chain issue and the shirt could not be made yet. I understood and was patient. Yet another 3 months goes by and still NOTHING. I reached out again, only to be met with the same answer. Supply chain issue. Again, I waited. I reached out for a third time only for my email to be IGNORED. It has now been 1 years since placing that order so I, again, reached out demanding a refund. FINALLY someone got back to me and immediately gave me an update that my order was recently shipped. It wasn't until I demanded a refund that they shipped my order! After telling them that's not what I wanted, as I just wanted a refund, they told me they could not process a refund for orders more than 6 months old! This company and it's customer service are a complete joke.

Awfully shady business that doesn’t ship orders OR properly pay the artists they commission. Truly a disgusting business practice and they should be reported to the IRS for fraud. Very suspicious what they’re doing to people.

Shirt came, good sizing. Quality is okay gildan blanks and the print looks safe

Said they would investigate. Months later nothing. I guess they hope VISA won’t be charging back their obviously fraudulent operation

I reached out roughly 30hrs after placing my order and asked that my order please be cancelled and to be issued a refund. They told my that an email was sent to me, 2 days prior w shipping info and that it had been shipped already. This wasn’t possible, being that 48hrs hadn’t even passed since I placed the order. They then created a shipping label within minutes of the email, I called them out on it…they didn’t care. I repeatedly ask that they just cancel bc they hadn’t lost a cent yet, nope…no can do they told me. They told me that I can send it back (NOT EVEN SHIPPED UNTIL 11 days after I asked this) and get store credit. I stated that I didn’t want anything else from their store and that again, I’d like a refund. This company is apparently ran by mouth breathing simpletons who do not understand the slightest concept of decent customer service and it’s evident by the countless reviews bashing them.

I don’t know how this company stays in business. The company is a huge scam that hides behind a trendy design and edgy marketing. Like many other people, my order never arrived. I emailed customer service over and over for two months and heard nothing back. The one email I finally got was a lazy apology with no explanation of how to get my money back or receive a new product. NEVER order from this company unless you want to be robbed.

As with many on here, order never arrived. Asked for refund, completely blanked. Thankfully it was only 1 item and a small amount of money which I can live with losing I suppose. But avoid this company and buy from one of the 100s of other alt clothing co's about. There's nothing that unique about these scammers, I wish I'd read the reviews here first. Ah well ...

Made a purchase back on June 2024. Ordered over $250 worth of merchandise. Never received. Been emailing back & forth & only response given was the following:

We are investigating this order and rest assured that we will resolve this as soon as possible. We will send the tracking information to your email once the items are ready to ship.

We again apologize for this inconvenience, we'll let you know as soon as we have any updates.

Now, I’ve been dealing with a dispute with my bank for months. This shop is a total SCAM!!! Beware!

Never received my stuff after almost two months. My initial chasing emails got a vague "we're on it" response, then they stopped bothering. I had to get my money back via a dispute with my bank. A total scam, avoid at all costs.

Scam. Don't order and be dumb like me.

Apparently they used to be a reputable company, now they take your money but don't send out the products

Made an order with TeenHearts and they processed my payment, and I was given a tracking code with DHL. I saw that my package was in Texas for more than a week, and that was frustrating alone but I chalked it up to DHL being slow with international orders (not true but I had to rationalize somehow) the following week I checked the order and the code that had previously worked was coming up as an unknown number according to DHL. No such package exists. I have no idea what happened and both TeenHearts and DHL have been unhelpful in regards to this. I suspect TeenHearts never actually sent the package out and I've been duped into paying $150 for nothing. Love the designs so much, but christ, what a disappointment from them. Especially given the shirts I already own from them that I love so much from 4 years ago.

Please don't order from them unless you have money you're looking to truly burn.

I ordered 4 shirts over two months ago and my order still hasn't even been shipped. I contacted support and they told me that they're reaching out to the warehouse and will update me, that was 11 days ago with no update. I used to love this company in 2020 but I'm never spending my money here after this.

Soooo many things about this company are wrong. Their “legalities” they try and pull when they can’t fulfill an order, their insanely terrible customer service, their “return / cancel” policy (which they won’t even follow)….do NOT buy anything from them. Stay far away from these crooks.

I aunt had ordered one shirt which went well before Christmas in 2022 back and liked it enough I wanted to get some for all my friends when Christmas rolled around and bought about 10 shirts so this was a decently sized order and I understood it may come a bit past December or even January. 6 months later into 2023 I had still not received my order with or ANY update from the company. I was then told it was because of a shirt that was then unavailable and in the month AFTER I had updated the shirt in question to one approved for a new order there was no update on my shop app or tracking number. When questioned they did not respond for over two weeks until I threatened to dispute the charge. Mind you I then have an email chain spanning MONTHS after the initial order had been placed with no contact or attempt to notify me that I even had to change part of my order. Over the next two months promises were made as to which shirts had to be changed, orders remade, and promises that the warehouse and shipping situation would be remedied. It ended up taking until the end of august to even get a refund and the only way I could get a response from support was threatening to call my bank. Eventually I was able to get my refund but I'm sure if I had not made a fuss they likely would have just kept my money and I likely still wouldn't have my shirts. Oh and the one shirt I did get says "100% cotton" with zero other care instructions and in just over a year and a half of owning it, it has begun to disintegrate even as I wash it the same as all my other cotton shirts and such. Some of the shirts in my wardrobe have the same kind of printing and material but even shirts YEARS older than this one seem to hold up better. Pin holes expanding to be bigger than my thumb are appearing all across my shirt with each wash and the print for the graphics is flaking off at a rapid rate, I honestly would be surprised if it lasts another 6 months. Mind you I had worn and washed this shirt maybe once a month, and even still I tend to avoid heavy wear when I'm out and about, in short the quality is absolutely abysmal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
TLDR: scummy company that will make you wait moths just to do most of the work yourself and put you into a run around when asking about your order or refund.

I ordered a few shirts from here before and they actually shipped them out which was nice. But the second time I shopped here I placed an order at the start of August 2023 and asked about when it'll ship or what's happening every third week until late November 2023. I ended up requesting a cancellation and refund, only to end up disputing it after they denied the former. I'm unsure what's happened with this company.

I placed an order in January of 2023 and it’s now April of 2024. I’ve gotten 0 updates and it’s really hard to get refunds.

My first time purchasing from them was a great experience but this last time has been frustrating beyond words.
I placed an order on December 31st 2023, fast forward to February 18th and I still hadn’t gotten my order or even an update on when I could expect it so I emailed their customer support. They apologized and said it would ship “soon”.
It’s now March 22nd and I still haven’t gotten my order or any information on when I can even expect it.
It pains me to write this review because I really did like this brand at first but unfortunately this time has been awful.
Would NOT Recommend.

I ordered 3 months ago and still nothing. I’ve emailed MULTIPLE times and they say the same thing “oh I’ll check the warehouse”.

very well, people may call teen hearts a “scam”, but i think its because they got it off the site and not the actual app. Every purchase from the app has been excellent and very well. The shirt is true to size, graphics dont really fade just wash it at a cold temp.
