Accidentally ordered the wrong shirt. Emailed support and within half an hour they switched my order to the correct shirt. Cool people and awesome art.

I ordered a shirt for my friends birthday through the instagram store so I bought it from there. I only wanted a simple request to change the address and I got no response. Nobody helped me at all I didn’t even get shipping notifications at all. For 10 days!!! Worst customer service ever and all to find out that I got silently refunded. I filed a report for a missing order and still no response. And now I have to make a claim through Facebook which I don’t know how to do. Instagram shopping is so complicated and I’m never doing it again.

My boyfriend decided to buy me the "Jerk It Jake" gag gift from this website for my birthday. It seemed trustworthy so he ordered it. He ordered it in January and it should have arrived before my birthday on February 2nd. Fast forward to today and we haven't recieved anything. We reached out about two times to ask about the order but this "company" decided to only send us publicity instead of a competent costumer service. Avoid at all costs!

Mad scammers. They’ll take your money, stuff you around for months and then won’t even send the full order. I don’t understand how they’re still in business.

I ordered two T-shirts February 24th and it is now March 13th. A side note read that items would be shipped within 3-5 business days but no tracking number has been issued. I emailed the company a few days ago and they still haven’t responded back. I wish that I would have read the reviews at first, which is something that I usually do. My next step is contacting my credit card company. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

Spent almost 100.00 on January 16th and it's now March 10th and I still haven't even received a tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. it's not a worth it. I'm out a 100.00 and almost 2 months later still nothing to show for it. Save your money and order from better sites.

Never got my $46.00 order. Contacted the post office who informed me the company I ordered from would have to file a claim not me.

I love all things unique, weird, strange and unsettling. When I came across Teen Hearts I knew I found my people. Not only do they carry unique designs that are just plain fun, they also carry items that send a message. I jumped right in and placed a big order for my first transaction because something in my gut told me I would severely regret missing out on some of the designs and prices they were currently offering. Dear reader, I don't know if you have ever experienced the existential crisis of finding a piece of clothing that is so perfect you don't want to outlive it, but that is what I felt when I tried on each or my items. That is how I know I will be back over and over again. Don't sleep on Teen Hearts!

I place many online orders, and have dealt with many service reps. Brittany with customer service is about as good as it gets as far as resolving things professionally and in a timely manner.

The shirts are great, and the customer service was really excellent - there was a problem with the international shipping at the USPS distribution centre (not Teen Hearts' fault), and the customer service people at Teen Hearts did a great job sorting it out for me. Thanks!

What are the shirts made out of ? They’re thin af , smelled like VINEGAR and when I washed them , the logo is already coming off . Oh no ma’am . Sucks cuz they have nice designs

When ordering my package I made a mistake on the address. I contacted the company and they resent it with no extra fee. Great company that cares about it's customers

I put in two large orders of T-shirt’s and both times had to wait over two weeks before I contacted them about it. Then the orders suddenly shipped. Other than the weird vinegar smell on the shirts, the orders came without anything missing. I like their quirky designs a lot, I just wish the tshirt quality was better (more like Wicked Clothes in softness/comfort). The material is coarse and stiff/scratchy and very wrinkly.

We had a problem with payment using a 3rd party app and we couldn't figure out why our items were not being shipped but I was able to contact charity and she was very professional and helped us fix the problem and was able to get our items sent out to us with no delays and she fixed the problem I don't know why people are leaving bad reviews about this company we have had nothing but an excellent experience

After 2 Weeks they sent me only half of my order i placed on december 6th. Now january 25 still missing something, emailed them 3 Times and one time on Instagram and they just do not answer. Its a scam. Plus the items i received are so smelly and itchy i cant wear them even after i washed Them 2 Times. Worst shopping experience ive had in a long Time . *** Since then someone finally answered me and refund the item that was missing. Finally!***

Took forever to ship & get to me, which I figured would be the case over Christmas holidays. When I received the products they were all a little smaller than I expected, very thin shirts, and they smell so bad. Like overwhelming vinegar smell so bad that the bag I put them in now smells like vinegar. Not sure what that is. Unfortunate because the designs are cool but product does not stack up

I placed an order on December 22nd, have not only not received the order. I emailed them a total of 5 times asking for an update each time got a response, “our warehouse is notified to send your order out asap” “we are delayed due to the holiday season”, to which no response for another 2 weeks. I still have yet to receive my order. After asking for a refund I was ignored and have not received any information. Maybe sueing them is the best option at this point if this is nothing but a scam. Do not waste your time, do not waste your money. This was an absolute horrible experience and I will be taking legal action. This is illegal and I will not continue to stand for it.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my first and last experience. I had ordered 2 of the same sweaters one large and medium, they took forever to send my order out and when I received it the medium was really thin and different fabric than the large. When I reached out to them to rectify the situation they told me I would have to cover shipping for my return and then once they received it they would give me store credit which would only be the cost of the item and would not include the 9.24 dollar shipping cost. How is that fair paying all this extra money for a mistake they made ? The quality of the sweater wasn’t even great.
