Bad experience - Refunded
After speaking with manager the problem was ammended as I received a refund for my pictures, but my photos where still amplified, one of them pixeled and delivered at destination the way it was. The terrible experience with the impolite member of the staff has been addressed by supervisor and trainings for costumer service and work load seems to be implemented.

Amazing Last Minute Weekend Printing
Tee Print London did an incredible job! We needed 15 hoodies printed last minute, and they delivered! I contacted them around 2.30PM Saturday afternoon & paid by end of the working day Saturday & they delivered our hoodies on site by 9.45AM Sunday morning! Their service was great & they are gem for last minute printing and delivery in London on a weekend! Their customer service and response time were brilliant as well!!

I needed VERY last minute tshirts (a turnaround time of 12hours) and whilst I was potentially the most annoying customer in the world, they did everything they could to get the tshirts ready. So appreciative for them getting me out of a tight spot!

Homophobic
When enquiring to have some prints done for Pride, the person responded that they don't support Pride and if we wanted any other service from them that doesn't promote LGBTQ+ then we should contact them, otherwise they will not provide us with any service.
I have never experienced such a treatment in UK ,this and this is blant discrimination and homophobia

I was really happy about the result, the communication, and how they made me feel part of the process.
They did an amazing job with the details in the design as well as the details in the communication. As I brought my own T-shirt, they were very flexible with this! They sent me a digital version to review before printing, which allowed me to make any necessary changes. The price and turnaround time was amazing!
