I recently completed the 180-hour Level 5 TEFL Diploma (Highfield) and it was really helpful. It should be noted that the course is well-structured. I highly recommend you this course as it dives deep into linguistics and advanced teaching methodologies. Moreover, I was able to study on my phone so I could make progress anywhere. Thanks a million for the course!

I was thinking of doing an English teaching course online for ages, and just at the right time I came across the 180 hour Level 5 Diploma at the TEFL institute. Only a few minutes after downloading the course brochure to look into this, I received a call from Elaine, who so kindly guided me through what I could expect from this course. The course is well laid out and helpful so far. Did initially have a problem on my end, progessing through to one of the next modules for a while but customer service was excellent both times I reached out and it seemed to resolve itself. Lisa Flynn in particular went above and beyond to be helpful
I appreciate it a lot as I am being given a complimentary extension to finish the course because of the inconvenience/lost time. Great, and couldnt ask for more.

I love the clear structure but could be more detailed
I love the clear structure of the course and how many visuals are there included. It is easy to follow. As a non-native speaker, I went through it pretty fast as there was not that much of new information for me so would be nice to have more detailed explanations on all aspects

Elaine solves the case of the missing cert, just like that…
Had occasion to contact the TEFL Institute yesterday, as my 180-hour Level 5 certificate had not arrived as promptly as I would have expected. I "chatted" with Elaine, explained my dilemma, and within a matter of mere minutes, she had contacted the issuing body, and, voila, my cert duly arrived the very next morning. Thank you so much, Elaine. You're a credit to the TEFL Institute. Now, if only I could get a teaching job that quickly.
