Friendly and efficient staff, beautiful place and clear and concise information given

Very easy to make an appointment, very helpful and pleasant staff, made to feel very comfortable and every question I asked of anybody was answered in full and respectfully with no feeling of time constraints. I had the Gold Medical, I was a little anxious for the results but all staff made me feel very much at ease and Dr Burtenshaw went through the results very clearly and fully with no rush and happily answered all my questions including some that were not to do with my medical, such an excellent service, will definitely use them again,.

Super easy booking system and I got the appointment I required without any delay. All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. It doesn’t feel like a medical facility - bright, clean, comfortable and without the medial smell . But most importantly the treatment I received was first class. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise.

Easy on line booking. Clinician Liz Davies was very friendly and professional with my consultation. Instant treatment after discussions, making me feel instantly at ease.

Very good service. The online booking system was simple to use and I was able to make an appointment the same day. The GP was very helpful in making a referral for an MRI that my NHS GP was unwilling to do.
I would highly recommend Teifi Health to anyone.

This practice is a breath of fresh air, all the doctors and consultants are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and go that extra mile. These days that is an unusual Jewel.

So pleased I made an appointment. The receptionist was welcoming, and the lounge area comfortable. Dr Beth Howells greeted me on time and listened to my concerns about my health. I didn’t ever feel rushed which is all too often the case with the NHS Doctors( not their fault but reality). Just having the time to talk and go through symptoms and concerns slowly made me able to see a way forward, that in itself changes your whole outlook on your condition.

Faultless service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. My practitioner was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Diolch!
