I was dealt with the accustomed efficiency one has come to accept as normal

I was made very welcome by all staff and Neris Davies who undertook the Cryotherapy on me was very knowledgable and explained it all to me.
I was also told to contact them at any time if I was concerned about the treatment.

Friendly staff with comprehensive and easy to understand health testing. My partner and I opted for the Gold level of tests which encompass most major health markers within blood, urine and vitals such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, height, BMI and an ECG. The testing took less than 25 minutes and everyone was very friendly and attentive. After testing they will setup a follow-up appointment 7 days later to review the results. This was extremely informative and the doctor provided (Jon) was knowledgeable and friendly and took care to explain key areas of attention while also listening carefully to my thoughts and concerns. I highly recommend Teifi Health for this type of service and have no doubt that the other services they provide would be at the same top notch level.

Absolutely fantastic service!! My son was recently reviewed by Beth and her team. They were so patient and understanding and spent a lot of time explaining everything to him. He wasn't in any way rushed, none of this one appointment, one problem! I have such praise for Ceri and Nerys who spent ages reassuring him during the period of taking bloods. They were absolutely charming and so understanding! It's so unfortunate that the NHS can no longer provide this standard of care. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service. The staff are all very polite and friendly and importantly efficient. The website is easy to navigate and it is very easy to make an appointment. Being able to see a member of the healthcare team to discuss your needs and to get tests done without a long wait gives you peace of mind. I would highly recommend this healthcare practice.

From the moment you contact them, it's a first class service. All the staff that I had dealings with were so lovely. The treatment received was faultless and Hayley was such a compassionate, knowledgeable lady it made the visits so much easier. Thank you so much.

It was great to get an appointment when it suited me!Had an Ecg and a chat with the Dr. after which he referred me to cardiology and I was seen later that day..brilliant service, will definitely use Teifi Health again

It was easy to make online appointments and I was able to pay at the same time.
The staff at the clinic are all very professional and friendly.
The clinic was easy to find and it had ample parking space.

Had an appointment today with Dr Nick Burtenshaw as a follow-up to the gold test results. A few things to sort out my end but his expertise & knowledge put my mind at rest about those issues. I also had a query regarding my elbow after an accident I had back in aug. I must say he was also very knowledgeable and helpful as regards that as well. Many thanks for that & top marks to the whole team at Teifi health.

Had anti wrinkle treatment in December (2nd time using this company). The practitioner was sooooo good! Listened to my needs and concerns and it has turned out the best ive ever had it done! (I have been having this treatment for years with another company). I really do recommend this company. Ill be sticking with them from now on :-)
