Quick to get an appointment. I was listened to and my concerns were understood.
I was referred quickly. It was explained what would happen when staff were on holiday and that I would not be left without staff to take things forward, or explain things to me.

Excellent experience at Iechyd Teifi…
A great experience at Iechyd Teifi Health. Greeted by Marian who is always so friendly and approachable. Lovely and welcoming environment. Saw a Doctor that specialises in joints and muscles and managed to get a diagnosis in one 20minute session. The 3 members of staff I saw Marian, Rhian and Doctor Burtenshaw were great! Highly recommend!! Diolch.

How a GP service should be
Full consultation. No rushing. Listened to concerns and explained well the worries I had. The NHS has so many pressures and not enough resources, so it is reassuring I can access this service.

The patients interest comes first
A few days ago, I had reason to visit Iechyd Teifi Health for a consultation with Dr Beth Howells. In every respect the service provided was exemplary. The arrangements were very easily made, - and without any delay. Efficient and friendly. It is a great comfort to know that such an excellent professional medical service is available. May it long continue.
