-Are the rates the final rates, or are there any other extra charges (connection fees, etc)
-Is the rate advertised for calls to mobiles as well?
-What quality/routes do they use?

-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://telephonepakistan.com/access_numbers.
