Monthly minutes should not expire every month
Hi I don’t like the automatic renewal of monthly plan. If i we don’t use the monthly plan minutes in 1 month then all the remaining minutes are gone. I don’t like that. There should be no limit of days to use those minutes which I purchased. I will suggest that if I don’t want to renew my monthly then i should be able to use any left minutes from previous purchase for longer or unlimited period, or if any minutes left should be added to next purchase.
