I am happy that I am served at the right time with an Opinion on MRI as otherwise I had to wait for days together to get my reports in Germany.. I had researched some other platforms who also could get me a second opinion in 1/3rd of budget of Teleradiologyhub.com but I preferred confidentiality, deligence and rage of expertise. I think they serve in all time zones and geographies.

The timing and quality of the radiological opinion matters a lot. They have panel mechanism wherein every report or opinion is checked at multiple levels after experts.
Experts are rated for their reporting skills and also on how do they attend the questions. I was attended at mid-night and their team kept the promise - Turn around time was less than 3 hours. They also listen to you patiently and respond to your worries.

Second opinion was given on the same day. All details were handled personally by a doctor which was great. Dr Untarksh Kabra gave reply with best of his knowledge and I would recommend him.

I had got CT scan of my mother done for which doctor had suggested complex surgery. It was great help that I was able to find Teleradiologyhub’s second opinion service. I was able to get a second opinion from best radiologists in India within a day, and this helped us get the clear picture and understand the problem better. I copied the DCIM files from CT Scan CD and uploaded it to their portal , requested them to provide the opinion early and they obliged and talked to the radiologist to provide early opinion even though he was busy. Overall I had a great service experience from them. I am writing this review in gratitude as this is a much needed service that is not easily available online anywhere else in India, and the people in need of second opinion (which everyone should get before surgeries) will definitely find it useful. We wanted an expert opinion on the Brain MRI report of my mother, when we came across teleradiology. They were quick to respond, helped navigate the portal, answered all questions, took care of extra request and Dr Belloch gave clarification whenever needed. After my PET CT was done, I wanted a second opinion from an expert, before deciding on the next steps. I came across Teleradiologyhub while looking for options online.

Once I posted my details Dr. Satish immediately got in touch with me and provided me the necessary information's. While reviewing the scan CD, I was having difficulty accessing the DICOM files, but I have to Thank Dr. Satish for going out of the way to try and resolve the issue and also later for talking to the radiologists who did my scan and getting them to share the files for review.

I am from the United States, and recently encountered a situation where a problem with hospital records led to me receiving a terse and frightening report from the hospital.

At first I was nervous to use an internet second opinion service, but when they showed me the profile page of the radiologist who would read my scan (Dr. Mandal) it was clear that she was very experienced and knowledgeable and that I would be in good hands!

Dr. Mandal's second opinion report was very detailed and thorough, and explained how she had arrived at the conclusions that she reached. It was very reassuring to have a better understanding of what my scan meant, and to know that this could be a normal finding if you had recently had surgery (something that wasn't mentioned in the report I got from the hospital).

I also like that teleradiologyhub.com did a good job with communication - I got a phonecall from them soon after I had placed the order to explain their process (you choose one radiologist to do the report, and the report is then reviewed by an experienced panel) and to discuss options and how much it would cost. They were also willing to work with me on price to make sure it was something I could afford. And it was definitely, definitely worth it -- they did a fantastic job!
