We have been using Telleroo for the past 3 years and the experience is very positive. The integration with our ERP (Xero) works great along with the payment run set up, bank verification and invoice payment settlement back to our ERP.

Excellent software that saves a huge amount of time while also providing strong financial controls to help prevent errors or fraud. Avoid. Frequent uncommunicated silent payment failures, no response out of hours. At one point they prevented login until the user completed a survey on mental well-being. Run away.

Customer Service experience absolutely brilliant - always on hand to help

We have been using Telleroo for a while now and it’s been great. It’s fast, easy to use, and perfect for bulk payments and busy Finance Team. We haven’t had any issues, and the few small things that came up were sorted quickly.

The support team is quick to respond, and the compliance team is very thorough and fast too. It also feels very secure, which is important for us. Highly recommend!

Telleroo is great!

Platform is really user friendly. Customer service is really responsive if needed. Reasonable fees for service on month to month contract. FX fees competitive.
Used Telleroo for business when in practice and have brought the service to companies when working in house.
