Tembo tattoo Reviews

Really calm, sets your mind at ease straight away. Great at communicating and understanding and developing design concepts. Explains where limitations are and why a certain choice is the most prudent. Can’t recommend enough.
The talent and colour work is absolutely incredible.

Went in for a continuation of a leg sleeve. Despite the fact that we were tattooing some pretty sensitive areas, the lovely Francesca laid down some amazing ink without ruining me. This is my 3rd day with her at No Regrets in Bristol. There will be more to come. In my experience, female tattooists always have a much gentler approach to their work and the healing part afterwards is always easier largely because your body hasn’t been abused. If you want some truly unique work with a delicate touch, don’t hesitate, just book with her. She’s marvellous 👌🏻

This was my second session with Francesca and it was every bit as good as the first one. Francesca's artistry and eye for detail & colour is awesome. She really helped bring my idea to life and made it better than I imagined. Would totally recommend Francesca as a tattooist

Went for my first tattoo with Tembo. I'm super happy with the result and was very comfortable with the experience. I cant wait to get another from her.

I booked my first tattoo with Tembotattoo after approaching a couple of other artists first and found that either they didn't seem that interested or I just didn't get the feeling they understood what I was after.
Tembo was great from the first consultation and clearly got what I was asking for and was happy to answer questions between the consultation and the appointment.
On the day she showed me the design which looked so good I couldn't wait to have it drawn on me.
The tattoo experience was also great and she fully explained everything, leaving me with such an impressive piece of art. I love it and would easily recommend Tembotattoo to anyone.

Had an awesome experience with an incredibly talented artist! The tattoo was beautifully designed, Tembo has an amazing eye for colour and she free-handed the whole thing which blew my mind. Cannot recommend her enough!

Amazing tattoo artist, my second time with them and it was just as good as the first. would 100% recommend them 🩷

I found Fran online whilst looking for tattooists for a project and her portfolio looked great.

Contacted her and she was really supportive of my vision and what I wanted to achieve. Easy booking process and not too long to wait (6 weeks I think).

Design was fantastic that she came up with after I sent some inspiration through and some photos.

Session was great. She makes you feel really at ease and explains everything that is happening. We had a two way discussion about the design she had before starting. Chatted the whole day throughout the tattoo and the time flew by.

Tattoo itself is amazing. It’s still healing but is better than I could have imagined. I am already considering my next tattoo and will ultimately end up booking fran again.

11/10 would recommend.

Just had my first tattoo from Tembo and it meet every expecxtation and more. She took the ideas from the reference material and brought exactly what I wanted from each piece into a wonderful tattoo. Will definitly be looking for her again when I want another!

Tembo is just wonderful! Perfect design. Lovely to talk to. Incredibly reassuring. Perfect!

Amazing experience! Tembo took my fairly vague brief and turned it into something amazing. I had it done in two parts, each session around 5 hours, and the whole process has been really easy and dare I say relaxing. I would definitely recommend her.

Tembo created a design that I love and made the whole experience great. I had a scar to cover and Tembo did a great job at disguising it subtly. She made sure I was part of the decision making and listened to my preferences. She was patient with me when I needed breaks and was just very calm which helped. I would happily go back to Tembo again, thank you!

I got my second tattoo from her and they are absolutely fantastic. Thank you again - I will definitely be back

This was my first tattoo and it exceeded my expectations so much! I can't stop staring at it now. Tembo was really accommodating and I had a really smooth experience on the day. She completely nailed the geometric lineart, and on top of that the watercolour completes the work so beautifully. I would definitely come again!

First tattoo with tembo I can happily say she has the most comfortable warm vibes to be around! Any questions I had were answered no problems! Will Definitely be coming back for more! ❤️

Brilliant experience, Tembo is super talented. She took my ideas and transformed them into a brilliant design, was flexible with my requests and was super friendly

Francesca is an amazing artist with a special eye for choosing the right tattoo colours. Her custom abstract designs just look on point and you can tell the passion behind them.
Would highly recommend anyone looking for an artist that specialises in this style. 🧨🙌🙌🙌

The Best. Tembo took my ideas and developed them with me to create something better than I could have dreamed of. From communication and understanding what I wanted, to design, and then smashing the inking with crisp lines and fantastic use of colours - I was super happy with the whole experience and look forward to getting my next Tembo artwork. 100.

Got my very first tattoo by Tembo.

As soon as I saw her work after months of doing my research, I fell in love with it. I knew she would be the right choice.

She done a fantastic job. I am so happy with the outcome of the tattoo.

She made me feel at ease while getting my tattoo.

Tembo made my first tattoo a great experience and a fabulous tattoo. She discussed at length what I wanted and did a brilliant design, which met the brief perfectly. The tattoo was much less painful than I expected and with her after-care advice, has healed really well with no itching and almost no flaky skin. It looks better than ever! No Regrets is a fab studio in Bristol.
