This is a misunderstanding.
Our service provides temporary, public phone numbers, clearly labeled as TEMP numbers. They are not private, personal, or long-term secure numbers.
We clearly state that:
These numbers are public
They are shared
They are NOT recommended for banking, payments, or sensitive accounts
If someone chooses to use a temporary public number for critical services like banking, that is user misuse, not a platform failure.
We do not index SMS content on Google, and we do not reuse numbers to access user accounts. That claim is incorrect.
Temporary numbers exist for one-time verifications, testing, and privacy-friendly use not permanent security.
We encourage users to always use their own personal number for financial and highly sensitive services.
