They are the worse and a scam

They are the worse and a scam. I only got on there website to review there meals and they automatically subscribe me for auto shipments without my authorization. They have sent me boxes of food which sat outside of my house for weeks as I have been out traveling. This is ridiculous a d They ar charging my credit card.

The absolute worst experience I have…

The absolute worst experience I have ever had.. almost two hours on tge phone to no resolve from thier ill trained staff. I have complained almost every other week abot the boring ingredients which just dont change. Im done spending my hard earned dollars on deaf ears. Im done and your company doesn’t seem to acknowledge that. Unless i get confirmation in the next 24 hours.. om going to the attorney geneneral and reporting this as fraud.. understand?

Customer service does NOT exist

Customer service does not exist with the delivery aspect of the service. I am now editing my review from last week. After I canceled my plan with TEMPO,
I did receive an e-mail from TEMPO that included a number to call.

However, everything below was my experience when my meals were not delivered. I was supposed to get my delivery on Monday the 29th with the food in your warehouse on the 28th. You cannot ever talk with a live person but instead are stuck to AI or a person behind the texts- hard to know for sure. Today is the 31st and my " fresh" food is still in the warehouse. Customer NO service yesterday said it would be delivered today. Yet today customer NO service said, " when we find a driver" ! There has been no offer of even a token discount. I was told by text to keep tracking my order with a link I keep getting sent. NEWSFLASH - the link says my food is in your warehouse as of the 28th. This is the 2nd time the delivery has gone off the rails but by far the most egregious. I have eaten the meals for approx 8 months and would continue if I was important enough to call. I am now trying to cancel this weeks meal and just get a refund but once again you CANNOT talk with anyone regardless of the situation.

Food is great but boring, delivery sucks

Food is great but boring. Pretty much just chicken. The 1 star is because in 6 orders I've received less than half my product. I order 16 meals to save money and they come in 2 boxes. Fed Ex has failed ALL deliveries. I've literally paid for one order and the rest have been a credit because I've had to throw out at least one box each order because they've been delivered late. Last order neither box ever arrived. I took off over a month before ordering again and again both boxes were over a day late being delivered. Food was warm and had to be thrown out again. I'm done. Feedback on the site repeatedly states on time delivery is a problem in various states. They are losing so much money in crediting spoiled product I don't know how they still function. They need another shipping service.

Dissapointed

I switched from Factor. I just didn't enjoy the meals much. A lot of preservatives and such I should have looked more closely..lesson learned

Gourmet meal done right.

I am only on my first meal from Tempo but it did not disappoint. Garlic and herb Alfredo chicken breast meal was on point. The chicken breast was not dry. It was fresh and high-quality, I literally pulled it apart with my fork it shredded so easily and don’t get me started on that amazing sauce. The sweet potatoes were seasoned perfectly. overall I would give it five stars.. As a disabled veteran sometimes it’s hard to find high-quality food on a budget more less able to cook at times. Can’t wait to try the other five meals that you sent me and give a review on them.
