So I go to figure out how I bought the wrong size when all TEMU had to do was use the info on the tag. There I see that my bamboo shirt is in fact linen and polyester. So I check both of my bamboo shorts and they are cotton. All came up when I searched bamboo and the ad indeed said bamboo. Now I have to go to the trouble of sending them back. Thanks TEMU !

My replacement Ryobi battery, supplied by Temu, exploded and I contacted Temu for help. Apart from the predictable and insincere "Thanks for reaching out to us"
Any attempt to get help was met with requests for more and more info, which I simply do not have. Eventually I gave up and went away, which I guess is a result for Temu. Meanwhile my battery is still in bits. Customer care?

I am extremely disappointed with Temu's customer protection. I ordered an Ajazz AJ139 V2 MC mouse, and it arrived completely broken and non-functional. I have spent weeks trying to get a refund through support, but their bots and agents constantly reject me, demanding a physical return.

I have clear video evidence of the defect. Moreover, due to certified force majeure and total logistics blockade in my area, it is physically impossible for me to mail this broken item back. Forcing a return under these conditions directly violates standard fair commerce rules.

I demand a manual review of Order [PO-208-21428033290871911] by a supervisor and a full refund without product return. I will not update this review until the issue is solved.

Rubbish company. Ordered something in error but cancelled within 1 hour when I realised what I’d ordered. They confirmed the cancellation bug have since charged me the £54.67 the item cost.

Comprato avvolgitubo da giardino tramite temu dal venditore mondo distribuzione srl semplificata con sede a Milano pagato circa 50,00 euro. Temu blow hot and cold. I have had products in the lower price ranges that have been faulty or damaged and a refund issued straight away however I cannot say the same for a pricier product. I purchased a garden wet and dry vacuum cleaner for €97 and it was very good at what I’d did. I went to use it for the fourth time and the switch has gone faulty not working on position 1 only position 2. Contacted customer services and it was passed to a specialized team who needed proof. I sent a video of it not working but still no resolution just we are looking into it. The item is no longer listed so obviously they don’t have any left. They keep offering €20 vouchers as an apology but I don’t want to spend any more money with them if this is how you’re treated. Unfortunately it has put me off Temu for good. Further update Temu still asking questions after a week of constant emails. Email sent this morning asking for another video of it not working a photo of the switch and a detailed description of the problem. Sent them all of this last week! Day 13 and no further forward the seller will not respond and Temu does not have a faulty goods policy! You really can’t make this up it’s incredible please do not buy large items from Temu . Customer service is useless just copy and paste answers and they have no authority to issue refunds or replacement. They even want to give you credit to still shop with them! I hope no one else has to deal with their customer service I am now at 13 emails and and 12 hours online chat!! Today they have refused a refund or replacement so I can only advise not to shop with Temu .On day19 Sumee the supplier has finally offered to get the appliance to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. It’s been a saga but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Como es barato y tienen muchas cosas, tengo tendencia a comprar en TEMU.
Pero ellos se apresuran a cobrarte sin mandarte el pedido solicitado.
Además, si te lo mandan lo hacen a unos sitios rarísimos que, según ellos, quedan cerca de tu casa, cosa que no es verdad.

Can honestly say I don't know how I didn't lose the plot today. Two deliveries due supposedly been delivered to a door that obviously wasn't mine. Proof sent. Still no joy refused refund for both items as the seller says they've been delivered😮who too may I ask. Explained all this may as well of told the dog.How can they say a brown door looks the same as a white glass one. So basically I paid for goods that someone else now has. Avoid this company like the plague. Although some of the stuff is ok you won't be refunded if there's a problem.

Shoes are okay but pressure wash don't go near no real instructions so I am going to attempt to get my money back.Also the idea that they give cash back funny. Don't think I'll be shopping here again ,because it's a hit and miss and the bother to try and send it back ok but the refund good luck
