TennisHQ.co.uk Reviews

I went into the store as I was unsure which racquet to get, and wanted to handle them in person. The staff were amazing, they showed me a few options after discussing my play style and what sort of racquet I was after, with a few recommendations. I went off to have a think about it and made a decision soon after. I've had my new racquet around a month now and I'm still really pleased with it

great shoes, delivery

Excellent service

Good value and quick delivery

Delivery arrived promptly. The packaging was a bit messy though.

I returned a pair of shoes immediately in the prescribed manner via DHL and, despite providing the receipt and having confirmation of the return I have not received the refund. The web-site states "Easy Returns" which is definitely not my experience and no-one answers the phone when I have tried calling. I will definitely not use them again and would advise other buyers to beware

Arrived quickly. Wanted a new bag I could use on bike and in car when going to tennis. Has plenty of storage options.

Easy to do business with and quick delivery- with competitive pricing

Good quality and design. I love it.

Good product and prompt delivery

So pleased with my new racket. It was delivered very promptly

Fantastic price, great product, delivery on time, will definitely use this company again 🤙🏼

The placing of an order was simple and the product was received as directed and on time.
The product was purchased for a grandson's birthday and, as yet, it hasn't been opened but I'm sure he will love it.

Ordering was easy, delivery by DHL and DHL got address confused and returned to Tennis HQ, who were brilliant, confirmed delivery address and sent out again . Top service when things don’t go smoothly with the third party carrier. Well done e Tennis HQ !!!

Ordered two Yonex Ezone rackets on Sunday, with delivery promised for Tuesday, but they didn’t arrive until today (Saturday). I contacted the courier several times but received no response. I also contacted TennisHQ for help, but unfortunately only received AI-generated replies to my emails.

Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from TennisHQ if you need your rackets by a specific date, especially with upcoming tournaments, as delivery can take much longer than expected.

Great shoes at an affordable price

Ordering was easy and choosing the colour/size combo I wanted was no problem. Prices were good and delivery quick. The box was a bit battered when it arrived but the trainers were fine and they fit well and seem great. I'll certainly use them again.

Good experience

Arrived in 2 days really good service and lovely rackets
