Good experience overall, did not have to worry about all the small expenses like tolls and parking fees it was all inclusive. Driver was really professional and a good company. Definitely would try tenride again.

My trip from Tenride to Ooty was absolutely amazing! The itinerary they planned for us was well-organized and covered some great spots. A special mention to our driver, Senthil Kumar — he was fantastic! Despite us being a couple of hours behind schedule, he managed the time efficiently and ensured we didn’t miss anything. He was professional, caring, and made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the journey.

The Tenride support team was also very responsive. Whenever we had questions or minor issues, like the heater not working in our cottage, they immediately coordinated with the hotel staff and got it fixed. Their customer service was truly impressive.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely choose Tenride again for my next trip!

The experience was so great everything was so organised and well planned. The support by them was awesome to resolve the things.

All were great from the start driver/ guide (Sanjay)was on time and very polite and accommodative.It was a 3N 4D trip to Coorg. Well planned itinerary and very well behaved driver/ guide. Irrespective of the weather conditions driver was able to show us around safely.

The resort (Abbydhama Estate Stay) booked was also very good. The resort staffs were very customer centric and accomudated our last minute cleaning request and food requests. Room was kept very tidy and the view was pretty good.

Overall it was a good experience.

3 days package to Ooty was a memorable ones but not a pleasant one. The package price is slightly higher than the others offered but I didn't mind paying it as I was expecting for a better quality. Their package price is exclusive of the GST where others offered a lower package price inclusive of the GST. Their package didn't include breakfast and I wasn't bothered much about that but what got into my nerve was when they offered a low cost budget motel or I don't even know is there any other word to describe a filthy residency where the condition of the whole place was so devastating and the entrance of the place itself was piled up with rubbish. Luckily after discussing with the contact person they managed to relocate us. Anyhow, after relocating, the next day when we were in the midst of our sightseeing activity they called me and asked to vacate as the room is booked for another customer for the night. I was speechless because we were far away from our location and in fact they contacted the driver and asked to drop all the activity and to bring us to the hotel immediately. They could have informed us earlier but they called around 4pm. Anyhow, the Driver understood my situation and compromised us. Then there were no news after reaching the hotel and nobody called and informed us anything further. I didn't have a peaceful experience as I was pissed off and wondering what's happening during this 3 days tour. 50% of the amount paid during booking and the balance was rushed to pay when we got into the cab. They were more keen in getting the payment rather than providing the best for the customers. The only good thing which I can appreciate is the Driver, Mr.Peter. He was flexible and friendly. This tour company doesn't deserve my good rating or reviews. Very disappointing.

I wanted to share my disappointment with the Chikamagalur package I booked through Tenride Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst travel experiences in my 12 years of traveling.

Initially, it wasn't mentioned that a full refund wouldn't be provided for immediate cancellations. After selecting one package, I was told to switch to another, and when I requested cancellation, I was informed that 18% would be deducted—this wasn't disclosed earlier. Additionally, upon arrival, the cab was delayed by 1.3 hours at a rural railway station with no response from your side. The hotel did not allow check-in at 11 AM as promised, which again, was not communicated. To make matters worse, the driver was unfamiliar with the local spots, and I ended up paying for his meals for two days.

This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I hope you take these issues seriously to improve your services. Please ensure transparency in communication to avoid misleading your customers in the future.

Had a great trip with Tenride to Ooty. Customer service was great. Driver was polite, engaging and Friendly. Had a planned itinerary and covered most of the places.
