I needed to purchase a Fluke DSX2-8000QI and have it in my possession within 2 weeks. They were very helpful. Had the item. Shipped it almost immediately and had it to me in the timeframe I needed (all the other suppliers I contacted had long lead times). The people on the phone, especially Dan, were very friendly and helpful.

The worst experience we’ve ever had
The worst experience we’ve ever had. They promise to get you the products fast, they even call you to promise a delivery, but then they start to request a lot of documentation and you never get the item. We payed for an overnight shipment and we waited a whole week and the item never got even shipped, complete nightmare. I sincerely recommend to never buy in this store.

I had assumed this was another…
I had assumed this was another ubiquitous no-real-footprint reseller of electronics and test equipment but they had some thing I needed a while back so I tried it. Everything went great. A subsequent order had an issue (not their fault) but they were helpful in resolving it. Whenever I call, i can quickly talk to a knowledgeable human. Now I find myself purchasing from them for this type of thing.

Company states "in stock" . What they mean is "in stock with the manufacturer". So, you will wait a very long time for "in stock" items. avoid these scammers

Well I emailed them when I didn’t get my order. The got back to me and said they were trying to communicate with the ware house. But they keep responding to my emails and did eventually get it delivered, I appreciate the communication they had with me so I could get what I ordered.
