Giving it one star, because it’s the only way I can write a review. This people are taking your money. I ordered the XL pool for my dogs on April. Today, in August, I got a Barbie pool. My feet barely fit in it and I ware a 7.5 US.

I would also rate as 0. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 20cm x 80cm pool and received something a hamster would fit in. I received the same 40% incentive as others but only if I returned the pool and paid for the shipping myself. A second pool was shipped by them and delivered to an address in another city. Complete waste of time.

Rubbish ordered x large paw pool, got a drinking bowl, managed to get refund from pay pal , Facebook need to check who is advertising there !

CROOKS!! after now reading These reviews PayPal needs to be more aware of scams like this!!!! We need to unite and eliminate such fraud!! I too after 4 months received a dog bowl that was supposed to be an xl pool!! I will pursue further actions with PayPal and legal channels if necessary

I don’t even want to give them 1star! They took my money and I’ve received nothing ! PayPal don’t seem to be helping so money gone ! Don’t buy from this site

Completely fraudulent and Facebook should be held accountable. If they allow this kind of advertising they need to take responsibility for the people that pay them to put their ads on their site. If they don't bother to vet them and their lack of reputable business practices Facebook should pay up.

Fraud, scam!! Waited months for a Large dog paddling pool, theN received a 27cm basin! They are not answering emails for refund. Did some research to find same thing happened to lots of other people!!!

J'ai commandé une piscine pour chien en taille L 120cmx30cm pour un boxer et je viens de recevoir au bout de 2mois une gamelle de 30cmx10cm!!!!!!!! J'attends une réponse du service client sans grand espoir.....

Do not use this company. Pay the extra and order the same product on Amazon. These guys charged me £25 for a paddling pool, failed to send anything for three months, lied repeatedly about how it was "with my local post office" and it hadn't even left the country yet, and then when I complained they sent an item no larger than a dog bowl. I am trying to escalate to PayPal but it is proving extremely difficult and is looking unlikely that I will get my money back.

I wouldn't even give it one star if that were an option. I ordered a 106cm by 30cm dog pool on May 17, 2020. What I received in the mail yesterday, August 1, 2020 doesn't even fit my US size 6 feet! I would attach pictures to this review of that were an option. I tried reaching out to customer service but my email was returned as undeliverable. Avoid this site at all costs.

Ordered a 160cm by 60cm dog pool and ended up with a water bowl size pool I can’t even fit my puppy in it, paid just under £30 for it over 3 months ago, can’t find any way of getting in touch with them to get a refund, absolute scam artist don’t order from them

Absolute scam. Ordered an dog pool online. Didn't arrive a month after promised and couldn't be properly tracked by the number they sent me after promising tracking. Then when I wrote they refused a refund. They unilaterally said they would ship another one despite me asking for a refund. I sent many emails (all of which I can share) - I got many refusals to make it right on reasonable terms with a refund. They tried offering me 10% off my next order!! I would never use them again. Beware!!! It still hasn't arrived in the timeframe promised on the second shipping. Absolute scammers!

Total scam!!!!! Like everyone else here, I ordered an large dog pool, waited over 2 months and just received package today....it was a collapsible dog dish! Wheres the pool!

Rating is 0. Ordered extra large dog pool. Been waiting 2 months. Just tracked order again and says it delivered on 7/7. I RECEIVED NOTHING not even the small item others said they got. Has anyone been able to get refund? Of course site is no longer available to dispute. I sent an email to their customer service link that I had from the original email that said it shipped, but not sure of they'll get it if they have disappeared. So angry..

Like others I should have checked the reviews....ordered a dog pool that was supposed to be 120x30cm w/a valve and got a dog "bowl" that was about 30x10cm with no valve. Took over 2 months to receive the item. I will be disputing with PayPal.

The scam is to offer 40% refund for sending you the dog bowl instead of the pool!

Scam for sure. Still haven't received anything yet to BC, Canada. Ordered back in April. Very disappointed as I have a husky and all I wanted was to keep him cool this summer.

Would give a 0 rating if it was there. I ordered an X-large Pool for my dog, it took 3 months to arrive and when I received it was the size of a dog food bowl. These people are scammers!!
