I am gladly able to say that this shop has been immaculate. From the products themselves to the customer service and even their own, so called „TerpCoins“ program, everything is on point. Their standards are set at a high level when it comes to purity and quality of their cartridges. The owner is very informative, replies rather quick and makes sure your problem has been solved at the end of the day. I can tell they value their customers a lot. Shipping is very swift and you can even track your package. 10/10 would recommend.

Simply the best in Europe. I have been exclusively ordering from terplabz since January of this year and quality has always been top tier. Just as good as the vapes I’ve bought on holiday over in America in the past. It takes 6 working days to get to me in the uk on average and never had any customs issues in the half a dozen orders I’ve placed. Can’t say enough good things about these guys, just go and order!

Ordered twice and the quality was beyond my expectations.

Haven't received a product or an update about my order 5 days after placing. On the site the order is still set to processing, payment has been made succesfully.

Not sure what support everyone else is talking about, as it's impossible to get a hold of these guys.

Will update if I end up receiving a response or my product.

Edit1: Just received a response and apparently the were out of office, all good. Will update to 4* as the response was good vibes.

Will update further when I receive and try the product.

Edit2: Received the products, even-though it was shipped 5 days after my order from canapuff, it arrived earlier. Paid 15eur for a postnl shipment and it was sent by DHL. I purchased the D9/THCA purple grape liquid with a pen. Both work as expected, the liquid is not really strong, but it does work after a few puffs. The effect initially definitely feels different than a normal pure roll, but after a few more puffs it starts showing the more conventional effects. I don't get the munchies, but don't have a loss of appetite, the effect feels cleaner than with a pure roll, less brain fog and more able to retain focus. Uplifting but not giggly.

Take into account that I have daily experience for the last 7 years.

I'll keep my rating as 4* because of the mentioned issues, but I can't say anything bad about the product itself. Will be returning.

Edit3: Just got a competitors product and my god, the difference is day and night. The competitors product just smelled like bubblicious and tasted like sweet sadness. Terplabz' flavour profile quite literally just tasted like toking through a dry herb vaporizer, which I personally find to have a very pleasant taste. Upped to 5*.

Everything arrived fine but used his products and didn't have any effect on me what's so ever I then contacted him on telegram and he's not responding

Ordered three times from them and has been a really good experience so far. The stealth packaging is really cool and I was really impressed with the small details. The products themselves are super high quality and lasted me quite a lot (with 150€ spent I got around 2-3 months of use).
