I have used the same private health broker for several years and have tried to move from my current provider due to their ‘numbing ‘ price hikes year on year, without success
Despite zero claims their annual fee has finally become intolerable (as I reach 70) but fortunately I found Tessa Alliance and spoke to Zain.
At last a broker who cares, with the expertise and listening skill to truly help me move to a more suitable provider, while keeping my current full medical cover.
Thanks Zain I look forward to speaking to you again, hopefully on a yearly basis for my renewal.

Very helpful, and easy to change your provider

I was in the market for a new health scheme with to cover a pre-existing condition, and was completely lost in the options, one continuation quote I'd been given was almost six times the market price, and I couldn't work out what it actually bought me.
Aaron cut through it in one call, explained clearly what was and wasn't covered, and found me the one policy on the market that genuinely met my needs. He was patient with all my questions (I'm new to the UK), never pushy, completely transparent that there are no fees, and set the whole thing up the same day. Exactly the kind of straightforward, knowledgeable advice you hope for. Highly recommend.

Great company

My daughter referred me to Tessa Alliance, even though we were already covered with another insurer. I had been told when I took out the policy that there were no insurance policies available which were proactive and offered health checks. My daughter had already told me she'd been offered a health check so when it came to renewal time I called Tessa Alliance and their agent pointed out some failings with the policy I already had which included waiting six months for the NHS to deal with a health issue before I could be referred privately. I also learned that if the NHS did deal with me for a serious condition within six months, that I would not qualify to be dealt with privately. I didn't hesitate switching over thanks to the guidace I received from Aaron Jones at Tessa Alliance with reassurance that my wife and I will be covered privately from the outset. Six months is a very long time to wait to be seen by the NHS!

Zain kept in contact with me although my current policy had some time to run. We spoke through the options available and I then made my decision. At no time was I put under pressure
