I dealt with Aaron Jones who was excellent. I’d spoken to several other brokers and none of them spent the time that Aaron did going through all my options and explaining everything clearly and comprehensively. He was very patient and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

If you are looking for a company to help you journey through the health insurance world do not go any further. Aaron Jones from Tessa Alliance guided me through the changeover from my old cover which had become ridiculously expensive. Aaron found me a new policy, i have signed up. No pushiness, extremely patient, explained simply and 50% less than my old policy.

Aaron had a quality understanding of the implications of changing health insurer. He phoned as promised, and gave me appropriate times to consider the information provided. He was able to make a recommendation with sound reasoning. I will save a considerable amount of money by changing and lose little in terms of cover.

Aaron was attentive and responsive in assessing our situation with health insurance - not only did he come up with a solution (BUPA) which saved us over £150 from our existing provider (AXA), we lost barely any cover at all, and it's probably a better solution.
