Quick to take money and ship after 3 weeks
Took forever to send me my goods. If the item was to be sent directly from the manufacturer why not explain this prior to taking my money? Waited over 3 weeks to receive something you claimed to be in stock.

I've taken a look at your order which was for a Rothenberger product and was placed on the 16th of April.
This part would not have been showing in stock on our website as it's something we order in when requested. For your reference, when something is in stock our website will show a green "in stock" banner near the pricing. If that is not there, it's either on back order or as in this instance, something we would order in for you.
The part then arrived to us from the manufacturer on the 27th of April (7 working days) and was shipped out to yourself that day from ourselves, not the manufacturer.
Our apologies that you feel the service provided was far from professional. We are always available to speak with by phone or email where assistance is required.

My apologies for the previous reply, I was looking at the wrong order on our system. I've now found the correct order and can only apologise that the incorrect postcode was used for your delivery. Our system scans the address from a barcode so it is unusual for this type of problem to happen.
I can see that you have spoken with my colleague Stevie who has now corrected the address on the DPD system. I will follow this up with DPD for you as this should be out for delivery today but is not showing an update on their system.
I will contact you directly once I have more information on this.
