Horrible horrible company I cashed out after a couple days and it was only $3 and now they're telling me I have to wait weeks for the payout. What a scam. Don't waste your time with these people it's not worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app.

I completed all the required tasks honestly, using only my personal mobile device and regular network connection (no VPN, no bots, no multiple accounts). Everything was done according to the rules.

However, when I requested my reward, my account was suddenly flagged for “unusual activity” without any specific explanation or evidence.

I contacted support multiple times, but I kept receiving the exact same generic response, clearly automated, without addressing my case at all.

It feels unfair to accuse users without proof and then refuse payment with no proper review.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.

Waste of time! Won’t pay your rewards and will send a generic email about you breaking the terms and conditions

1 star is as low as I could go but you should be able to leave no stars, they need to change that, or negative stars, they refuse to payout, you can’t speak with a person, and to get told you’re a scammer when you spend hours playing crappy games to earn a little pocket money, they are the worse, don’t waste your time

I played until I got 60,000 points tried to redeem and it stayed on processing. When I contacted them the replied saying I may have broke rules - which I hadn’t! Just an excuse not to payout!!

Seit dem 22.12.2025 warte ich auf meine Auszahlung. Heute wurde mir mitgeteilt dass ich VPN nutzen, Bots nutzen, einen zweiten Account nutzen oder andere verbotene Sachen betreiben würde. Daher könnte ich nichts kriegen. Aber hey, weiter viel Spaß bei uns. Seither werde ich blockiert!!!! Absolute WARNUNG!!!!!! Das hier ist Betrug!

Auch bei mir Funktioniert die Auszahlung garnicht ,es steht seid 48 stunden auf Bearbeitung.

Seit dem System Update auf meinem iPhone letzte Woche ist die Tester Buddy App weg. Ich kann nichts starten, finde die App nirgendwo mehr, Support antwortet nur mit Standard Antworten und hilft nicht weiter. Meine ganzen Punkte/Geld sind weg.

Fino a qualche mese addietro hanno sempre e regolarmente pagato.
Nel tempo ho ricevuto circa 480€ tra PayPal e voucher. Adesso sembra non funzionare più e considerando che anche l’app è sparita credo sia inutile continuare a scrivere per chiedere la non aggiunta di monete al profilo.
Peccato.

Scam. I got 4 or 5 $50 Amazon cards and now they won’t pay out. BS auto responses about how I violated their terms but won’t say what was actually done. I literally played the games, so how that could be a violation is beyond me. Do not even bother with them, and I will be reporting them to BBB and my Attorney General.

Still as C**P as ever. Don’t bother trying to redeem your hard earned pathetic points - ‘Andrew’ won’t give them out and sends a vague copy and paste email to say they’ve noted behaviour that doesn’t align with their Ts & Cs so they’re not awarding them.

Yet not once has he ever been able to either have the courtesy to respond to follow up emails nor give any detail of the supposed misdemeanour.

It’s a rubbish site with poor payouts if you ever get them and the customer service is non-existent.

Don’t waste your time.

Scammers! I contacted them as my withdrawal requests were stuck on processing and they said I’d breached their terms and conditions, I did nothing like anything they listed and simply used the app! They stole over £50 in effect

This company doesn’t deserve any stars I only put one because I had to rate to write a review. This company are just out to scam you avoid them at all costs because they will offer you special bonus tasks and then something will happen to prevent your payment and when you try to get what they owe you you may aswell be banging your head against a brick wall! The response you get is always the same old message which I believe isn’t even a human and they ignore you even block you. This has happened a few times to me now and at present they have owed me £100.00 for completing 8000 boring levels but am getting no where trying to just get what is owed to me. This is a deliberate scam company and they should be shut down nothing good to say about them at all
And all these bad reviews about them yet not one offer of apology or explanation or even comment from them I think it speaks volumes about them … they’re not bothered because they know it’s all true!

Metto un stella perché meno non si può mettere. Sono dei grandi truffatori, prima ti fanno giocare poi quando è ora di pagarti si inventano che hai doppi profili che usi metodi automatizzati e quant’altre minchate pur di non darti i pagamenti che ti spettano. Fanno schifo veramente, non perdete nemmeno tempo a giocare tanto non vi pagano

I also got the email saying I had violated their terms and conditions so they wouldn't pay me. App deleted. FOI request sent for the 'investigation' they say they have done. Definitely a scam site now.

Awful - like supreme king - owned by the same people (fraudsters) who don’t award points when earned despite providing evidence and then gaslight the user claiming fraudulent activity after a ‘thorough review’ which is impossible given the email

When I started using the app it was great and rewards were processed quickly. My recent experience however, has been shocking! Trying to redeem points for a payout has been pointless and although customer service initially responded, I was fobbed off with what others seem to have experienced, and been told I have violated their terms which is total rubbish! Don’t waste your time or money on this app!!
