I've been playing since last year never had an issue. Now they have become sketchy! I have made the most I have ever had playing and spending most of my time on games, I am currently in a high risk pregnancy and I do this to make extra income. Anyway, I made 100 in one week, as soon as I go to withdraw I am blocked, and my account is suspended. Do not download! Terrible app, no follow up from staff.

The payment is an issue, managed to get funds once, but then after spending hours on the platform, it wouldn’t let me pay out. Kept declining. Submitted a ticket and was told within 48 hours…..
48 hours comes and goes, no contact! Come Monday morning the account was deactivated by them and told couldn’t get the £55 because of terms and conditions violations. Never broke them one. Not even a further explanation or a way to speak about it.

Still waiting to hear back from the ticket but from what I have heard the communication is terrible. I honestly think it’s a pure scam. Please be careful.

I was a bit suspicious of the adverts, but what’s the harm in trying…
I have played for months. I have played it a lot. Airports, home., trains, I have progressed a lot in the games I played. But months and months have passed and I have the grand total of £6.75. £5 of which was a starting bonus. So I have earned £1.75 in over six months and I have played a lot!

Send my recommendation to anyone thinking about using this app is don’t. You are more likely to find more money in the loose Change you have lost in pockets and the back of drawers in your home.

Seriously, I’ve played four months a lot. I’m not just saying it. I actually done it. One of the games I played was Monopoly Go. I don’t think I ever got so far in a game before. when I got to level 50 I thought something might happen. I thought that might be worth earning something, and nothing happened but like a Muppet I kept playing!

Don’t lose this app unless you want to be disappointed or have your scepticism and validated.

Complete scam. Was earning rewards fine then suddenly it stopped counting progress on any games even new ones so rewards stopped earning and now can’t even get onto the app to check anything.
Did send an email a while ago because one game didn’t record any progress from the download stage yet never received any response.
Now it will not let me in to my account at all.
Never use this company.

Absolutely is a scam !
Adverts are very misleading, the games you play are nothing like the advertised ones that are used to lure you in.
The actual games you have to play for days / weeks to get any sort of reward, then you have to try and get your money as many don’t get paid out.
If you think you get money for playing games then don’t look here !

I completed all the tasks from Coin Master-Board Adventure.
I spent hours of hard work completing offers and managed to reach £260 in my Testerup account. When I finally tried to verify my identity to withdraw my money to PayPal, the app blocked my account instantly.
I was following the instructions perfectly: I was in a well-lit room, with a plain white background, and the app asked me to move closer to the camera. As soon as I did, I was banned. This is clearly a major technical glitch in your verification software, as I am a real person who did absolutely nothing wrong.
I have already opened a support ticket with a screenshot of the block screen. I demand that a human agent reviews my case, checks my honest progress, and resets the verification process so I can withdraw the money I worked so hard for.

I have been having issues with signing into see the money I have earned. I was out of the country and in emails provided my documents from my travel agent proving I went on a cruise. And they still have not fixed the issue. I have many emails back and forth with no resolution. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well as consumer protection.

I completed all the tasks for the Monopoly GO offer, including the expensive end‑stage ones. The early tasks tracked fine and I had no issues.

The problems only started when I contacted support to ask why my reward hadn’t been paid. From that point on, they only sent generic template replies that didn’t address anything I asked.

I submitted a formal complaint months ago and still haven’t received any acknowledgement or response. Their complaints/legal email also bounces back, so there is no way to escalate the issue.

I now feel misled and out of pocket after completing everything they required. I still haven’t heard anything back.”

I have been using testerup since February 26 , I have had zero issues with payouts, received upwards of £600 , initially first games offer great rewards and actually worthwhile payment options, but now all the options are crappy merge games with extremely unrealistic goals and low payouts for example 20p for level 80 ( 2-3hours play sometimes more) the only realistic option is too purchase wich defeats the purpose. There are some games though that offer good rewards for purchases made, however testerup have now introduced a new system meaning you have to download the game play it for 2 minutes before you can view the goals which sucks. It's just a waste of time and data. But all in all they do payout, payouts taking on average 3-5 days. I learned they don't payout at weekends so make note of that. Keep an eye on the games some of them offer fantastic rewards just for gameplay, ( they are not the same for everyone) for me it was ToonBlast I easily made £300+ from that 1 game , only game I was able to complete all tasks. It's not a get rich quick thing it requires time and effort but there is money to be made , choose your game wisely because you can only install it once per device/ account. Hope this is useful to you guys.

I was making money, I completed some of tasks which I made £35 pound. Then they kicked me out. I keep getting Forbidden 403 every time I try to access my account. Any time you actually make and want to transfer the amount of money from playing the games they will just block you off their site and not pay you.

Played for about 8 months and earned £72 which I successfully withdrew, but now I just get 403 forbidden message every time I try and open the app?! Cannot see my earning or progress. Contacted customer service who said they have updated the app and it’s now working but it isn’t.

A real con - don’t touch them with barge pole. I can only imagine that the few good reviews are fake. If it seems to good to be true it usually isn’t true!

Earned $195 on Testerup. My account was suspended for a “duplicate account,” but I only have one account. I provided my account number and all requested information. Support stated they could not locate any duplicate account, yet continued to request additional emails that do not exist. After requesting a manual review, support stopped responding entirely.

Account deactivated at payout – £260 withheld with no explanation

I’m very disappointed with my experience using Testerup.

I spent a significant amount of time completing offers and earned £260. However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly deactivated.

I was told this was due to a “breach of Terms of Service,” but no clear explanation or evidence has been provided despite asking. I am a UK resident and have not used a VPN or violated any rules.

This feels extremely unfair, especially as the earnings were completed in good faith.

I have now formally requested:
• A clear explanation of the alleged breach
• Evidence to support the claim
• Or payment of my £260 earnings

If this is not resolved, I will be escalating the matter further.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform, particularly when approaching withdrawal.

Got rid of my account when near to payout and have not responded to numerous emails. ABSOLUTE CON! Do not waste your time on this as it takes a hell of a lot of time to build up any small amount of money.

What a crock they keep upping the amount you can withdraw, then I went to app to check my balance and they had completely wiped me out of my account, so wasted my time completely, steer well clear of this scamming app p****d off ex customer (apparently)

If could give it zero I would. Customer service is a joke they uo the withdrawal limit without telling you. Then they dont pay you the rewards that you win. Absolutely joke of an app. Avoid like the plague. I know jave money on there which I cant withdrawal. Jokes
