The app is full of bugs and incorrect test availability data, waste of time and money. I need refund

Can’t believe I wasted £12 on this rubbish! Paid to have the premium experience where apparently you’re notified of all cancellations and can change with just a click of a button. Absolute tosh! When you click on the button you then have to go through the whole DVLA log in process, and then amend your search details, so by the time you’ve actually done all this, the test is long gone! Don’t waste your money!

I have downloaded the testi app twice, paying from premium both times, for my two sons to try and rearrange their driving tests. After spending two whole days with the testi app running on my phone, refreshing every minute, and simultaneously logged in via several browsers to the test rebooking site, I came to the realisation that the test slots flagged up by the testi app are completely fictitious - the amount of times the app told me there was a slot, but it didn't exist on the rebooking site, and vice versa, bears this observation out. Your app is a total scam - the slots you claim are there are false, and it's just blind luck if there happens to be one available after one of your scam victims follows the testi redirect. I successfully changed my sons test dates eventually - shockingly, the slots I managed to get them didn't even register on the testi app, even though I had it open and running on that test centre. So I would like a refund, two x premium registration please. I will be adding this as a review to try to warn other people off falling for this con.

I would have given zero, because it has been a month and really no update on selected test centers, if you get any by the time you login..it is not there. Totally useless app. I paid twice by mistake and asking refund since a month.

Absolutely Useless App

It only gives you notifications, and whenever I click the notification the cancellation test always seems to disappear. I tried this app for a long time, no success in securing cancellation.

Complete waste of time & money, the cancellations come through but at one point for one test it showed there were over 87k people ahead of me, its absolutely impossible & completely frustrating, I used this 3 years ago for my daughter and it worked, I have no idea what has happened to this App in recent years but save yourself the heartache and money

Don’t waste your money. The tests that show up are long gone by the time you go through the app.

Rubbish!!! I used it 3 years ago for my son and it was great, really easy to get a test. Now the only test you can get are the ones released on a Monday morning for 6 months away. I have clicked on 100’s of notifications and they are all gone by the time I get on. Do not buy, waste of money

Rubbish! I just thought I wasn’t quick enough to get the cancellations as it takes a minute to log in. But a few times I’ve actually been on the DVLA website actively checking for cancellations when a testi cancellation comes through and they are not on the DVLA website so maybe it lags behind real time?….

If it has 0 rating, i would have rated that. Worst scamming app as far as i understand. I have been scrolling the app from last 2 days. It shows so many times test available, but in fact, there’s no test available on the site. I think once i might be late to log in for everything, but what i have done is I already log in with my details on dvsa and waited for testi apps notification, i got notified for belvedere 27th jan morning, when i scroll down on website, there’s no tesy available, I refresh on testi app 3 times it shows for 3 minutes but there wasn’t any date available. So I concluded this apps as a scam. I still with the apps and still trying to catch, if I found i’ll change my review. But now is worst 0 rated apps. Scamming and making fool of us

None of the reported cancellations are ever available. By the time you instantly click on one and then have to log in to the DVLA site, all have gone. Testi is too slow in reporting available tests. A complete waste of my money and time. Avoid. I was mis-sold. Bet they won't refund me either!

Like others, if you could rate 0 I would. This is deffo a scam. Appointments show I have e clicked in them immediately, pre logged in so not had to enter details and they are always gone by the time the gov website has gone through its pages.
Funny how company not registered no customer service details. Don’t fall for it! Used another app (test shift) and got a new appointment within 20 mins.

Rubbish app. Sends multiple cancellation slots through, but by the time you've clicked through to the DVSA website they're always gone. They need to cut out the middle man somehow.....too much of a process to go through to secure the slot. Especially with the high demand atm.

I would give zero stars if I could! This app is a total waste of money and it cost £12 (!) - even if I check instantly when I receive a notification, all tests are gone and I haven't seen a cancellation available even once. There are never any tests at all to choose, nothing. Infuriating! I'm sure the creators are making a fortune selling this app to frustrated people desperately trying to get a driving test!!

Absolute rubbish a complete rip off and waste of money, never any of the dates they send on notification available DO NOT USE!!
