Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any disappointment regarding the subscription timing.
To clarify how our system works, our 7 day Premium becomes available immediately after purchase for exactly 7 days. Since your subscription was purchased in the middle of the day on July 25th, it expired at the same time on August 1st as scheduled - this ensures every customer receives their full 7-day access period.
We understood from your earlier message that you weren't able to download some of the materials while your subscription was active. That's why we made an exception at your request and sent those materials to you directly via email, even after your subscription had expired.
We wish you all the best on your upcoming exam.

We are very sorry to hear that the questions were different - does that mean you were not successful on your exam?
It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept secret and randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which specific questions each applicant will encounter. However, we do use the official manuals for preparing our tests, so all the materials you may encounter on your exam should be covered, though questions may be worded differently.
We would like to investigate further what might have gone wrong, but we don't seem to have your email address. Have you had Premium access with us, or did you only try our free sample tests? Please note that our free tests are meant to be a sample of the program only and do not cover the entire material.

We are sorry to hear that our program did not help you pass your exam. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public - they are kept secret and randomly generated from a vast question bank. So there's really no way to know which specific questions each applicant will encounter, even though our customers report that most questions on the real test are very similar to what they've seen here.
Nevertheless, all the material you will encounter on your test is covered in our practice tests and is based on the same official manual, but it may be worded differently. That is why we do not recommend memorizing the question-answer pairs while doing practice tests, as you need actual knowledge of the material to pass the test.

Is there any chance you remember any of the questions you encountered on your exam that weren't in our system? We would cross-check it against our material and make sure everything is properly covered for our students.
