Ordered some Western themed dishes. There were a couple of items not available from the factory at the time or order. The nice ladies stayed on top of the items and made sure that the factory got them shipped out. Excellent customer service.

I purchased 2 vintage, framed flags for our new sales office. They exceeded my expectations & fit perfectly into the style I was looking for. They came VERY well packaged greatly reducing the chance for shipping damage. I'm ready to buy one for myself to hang in my home!!

The framed flag arrived just as advertised. It's been a focal point in my office. Texas Crazy has produced a great product for me.

I ordered a 2x3 framed USA flag for a birthday gift. I had to reach out to costumer service due to shipping running slower than usual due to COVID-19 & their flag supplier was also not fulfilling their orders in time. I must say Melba was so kind and helpful. She was able to get my order situated, shipped, and delivered on time for my Husband’s birthday. The flag exceeded my expectations. It is BEAUTIFUL. I definitely recommend this business. Their work is exceptional.

I wanted to buy a boot bag for my wife's birthday. A Google image search turned up a tooled bag from Texas Crazy. I had the bag in my cart and forgot about it for a few hours—which resulted in a note asking if there was anything wrong!

I said I was not sure how dark the "dark brown" might be, and promptly received an e-mail with an enlarged image.

Ordering the bag on Friday, I think, I specified normal delivery, hoping it could make it to me within a week. It was delivered the next day! THE NEXT DAY! I had to send a note of appreciation to Bill, who is, I assume, the honcho of this here outfit.

Now I'm hoping they have some other product I might need!

I bought a glass sculpture of Texas -as a gift - gorgeous!! I called to make sure it was in stock and I could receive it in time for the party. My call was returned immediately and she ensured it was in stock and able to ship that day. I will definitely order from them again.

We ordered a signed and numbered print. This item will be auctioned at a Texas State Park event. I realized a couple of days after I made the purchase that it would be really neat to have a specific number that would relate to Texas and the Park. I called and was told they would try to locate the number we wanted. They found it, and the print was quickly shipped. It was very well packaged, and arrived in a timely manner.
We will definitely return when we need another item. Great service!

This flag states on the website that it takes three days usually to ship. After three days I emailed the company because my order was still pending. I was told it was going to be shipped that day. It was. I received it shortly after with nice correspondence from the seller via email. The frame is gorgeous distressed wood. There is no glass. The stars are not sewn perfectly and the flag is pulled a little tightly. But this flag is absolutely beautiful hanging in our 1789 colonial kitchen. It was securely shipped. The price was right as well.

I found what I needed on the website; called & spoke to great gal, Melba, who gave me information I needed and I placed the order on line. My order arrived early!
