Very disappointing experience with Tezhost support.

I decided to move away from Tezhost when my server expired. On the same day, I contacted their support team and requested temporary access so I could download my data. They briefly reactivated the server, but it was shut down again within just 15 minutes.

After that, I was asked to make an additional payment just to regain access and download my own data. Even the next day after expiration, I repeatedly requested access, but my request was not properly accommodated.

As a result, the data of 8–9 of my websites is effectively being held hostage. This has caused serious inconvenience and potential loss for my business.

I would not recommend Tezhost to anyone based on this experience.

A swift response to my queries and resolution of issues is commendable.

Only invoice can't be reversed.

Before purchasing any services from Tezhost, I recommend doing thorough research. Based on my experience, their service quality was disappointing. It appears they resell services from Namecheap, and I found their support team to be unprofessional. In my opinion, it may be better to purchase directly from Namecheap for better reliability and support.

We’ve faced continuous issues—particularly with emails—and despite our patience, the problems were never resolved properly. Their team often provided only temporary fixes rather than permanent solutions, which is not what we expected from a professional service provider.

We’ve now switched to another provider offering the same services, and they have resolved all of our issues—highlighting the lack of expertise in Tezhost team.

They are scammers closed my account which had 8 websites/businesses running well. I just had one domain related to CHATGPT information. I got a complaint of DMCA I agreed to their decision and without any explanations the tezhost support person Ahmad Talha L3 closed my account! The DMCA issue was just on one website they closed that website and also suspended my cloud I agreed and accepted their decision but just after couple of weeks they suddenly got my whole account and all other websites that were never close or even related to the website that got DMCA complaint! and blocked me and abused me without any proper information and notification I am going to get them sue in consumer court, citizen portal and voice of customer. They must also get ready for legal actions against them specially to their ill-mannered employee Ahmad Talha , he didn't even wanted me to talk to his supervisor or manager when I continuously asked him politely to connect me to his supervisor or manager! I request everyone to never trust this company I have attached proofs in attachments as well! Get ready to face legal consequences your business is spreading scams and frauds and closing people accounts without any prior notifications?

Always receive a reminder even after bill payment. Domain was even expired this month even after on time payment. Its my third month and every month same scenario is repeated.

Service is great but it could be better, when you tell that i m having a problem with a server or some settings they will be trying to fix it, meanwhile they don't reply to you that we are fixing it you have to wait a long for the support and once they fix it they reply to you that your service has been fixed, so please at least tell the customer that we are fixing it, please wait.

The service is quite good, especially with ample of email accounts. I would say value for money.

Overall its working good, but page loading on websites and server speed should increased.

Worst experience ever.
I bought a VPS for almost 80$ and they never gave it to me. I made a ticket asking why and they told me to send them my ID. I did that and after 4 days of waiting they responded that my account is invalid and suspicious and blocked it + never refunded my purchase. Do not purchase if you want a VPS.

Best team I have ever seen! So much helpful and kind!
