Explained perfectly
We had a new gate, from the manual I had no idea how to change code. Phoned Emily and was guided through step by step. Perfect service plus didn’t have to wait on hold for hours on end.

So while this was out of our control, we always take full responsibility of an order until it is safely in our customers hands. The issue has been reported to our accounts team who have refunded the extra that was paid for a next day service.
