We are very happy with our new door from Woodcraft Windows. The sales team and the installation team were both very nice and helpful. Quality product and skilled and courteous workers.

Woodcraft Windows built new French doors for us. The whole process was excellent; rapid response to first contact, very friendly and professional, everything on schedule, really efficient installers who checked with both us and the project manager whenever they had queries and kept us in the loop, etc. And we are completely happy with the product. I will definitely go to them again next time I need something similar.

Very professional, friendly and helpful company. A smooth efficient and clear process from the quotation, to the measurement to the installation. We were kept informed through-out.

After much soul searching, we selected woodcraft windows to design and install a new entrance door. We iterated the design a few times before we finalised the specification we wanted. We are delighted with the design and the two guys who installed the door were brilliant, clearly taking pride in their work. They were polite, cleaned as they worked, minimised impact of the new door on the surrounding area, and made good any minor repairs. The door opens and closes effortlessly. Great job well done

We replaced five sash windows with double glazed wood windows. We live in Jericho Oxford so have conversation conditions.
Woodcraft are not the cheapest, but they are 100 % reliable. They are tidy workers, make a really good job, commit to fix things if asked. This is third job we have given them. Hopefully no more as we have replaced the old door and windows! However, I cant recommend them highly enough. We dealt with Vadim this time, really professional and helpful. I honestly would never go anywhere else.

Woodcraft were excellent. Gave a very reasonable quote when compared to others, payment terms were fair and staggered. They did all 3 windows on one day, worked hard, worked around us as we wfh and we're decent polite people. I really can't fault them and we're very happy with our new windows, they look fantastic.

We had two beautiful windows fitted, and couldn't be happier. The whole process was handled very efficiently - and more quickly than expected - by Woodcraft. Superb quality windows and skilled fitters. Could not be happier.

Excellent job and we are delighted with our new back door

Had two pairs of patio doors fitted. Ordering process was straightforward and doors arrived a couple of weeks sooner than I expected.

On the day of fitting the fitters had to cope with awful weather (rain) however they did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The fitters were nice, courteous and hard working. Because of the rain they returned on a later day to do the rendering around the door frames as they explained the cement would run and make a mess of the doors. The fitters did a great job of doing all the finishing inside the house around the door frame, touching up etc.

The doors themselves are really well built, very secure and well insulated. We are really pleased with the end result.

I do not hesitate to recommend this company - we will use them again when in need of a new door / window.

A very well organised service at every stage of the process and I am very pleased with the quality of the final result. Martynas gave me a lot of time to discuss the various options and I really appreciated the opportunity to make an informed choice. With 8 windows to fit, in one of the coldest weeks of the year, I was also very grateful to the consideration and efficiency of the guys who fitted the windows!

Woodcraft Windows installed 6x oak sash&casement windows and a front door for us in East Oxford in May 2018. They did a super careful job at the time and we were very happy with it all.

This review is about their follow-up service, however, which has been fantastic: we had a minor split in the frame of one of the windows in December 2019 which they came out and fixed with no charge, and just now in November 2020 the front door was sticking a bit (I think a hinge screw had worked a little loose) and they came out on a day's notice and sorted it out in 10 min (again with no charge).

Neither of these issues were anything but minor and I would like to emphasise that I understand they could have happened to any doors & windows made of any material. I think two minor glitches in almost 3 years is testimony to the high quality of the work Woodcraft Windows did for us in 2018 and it gives us huge reassurance that they came out and did the repairs without charging us for either of them.

Woodcraft windows supplied and fitted a bifold door, a front door and two sash windows. Martynas and his team were very helpful and kept to time and budget. Since then we had a very minor teething problem and they immediately came round and sorted it out. The products are good quality and very competitive in price.

This was the first company we contacted for a quote, because the website was transparent and informative and external reviews were all excellent. Martynas talked us through all the technicalities and explained everything so clearly, so we looked no further. We received our quote, booked the installation and the work commenced on time as planned. The workmen were very respectful and tidy in and around our home. Preparation through to completion was exemplary. Our windows are immaculate and look stunning. When they left it was as if no work had taken place. What a great company to deal with! Would highly recommend..

I am very pleased with our new windows. The service we received was excellent, the windows arrived much more quickly than we expected, the price was very competitive, and the installation was done by charming people who left everything spotlessy clean. I highly recommend this company.
