There's no hard sell, they want you to get the vehicle that you want and if they haven’t got it they will do their very best to get it.
Their follow up servicing plans are great value which give you peace of mind and can easily be transferred to any new vehicle.

What a positive and hassle-free dealership experience!

I’ve never experienced a dealership quite like Thame Cars. Shelim was fantastic from start to finish.

I put a deposit down on the Hybrid N Line, and within a couple of weeks I travelled from Edinburgh to Oxford to collect my new car — a 14-hour round trip that was definitely worth it!

When I arrived at Thame Cars, Pete greeted me warmly and showed me to the seating area, where refreshments were available while I waited for Shelim to return from a test drive.

Once Shelim arrived, everything was smooth and straightforward. I took the new car for a test drive, completed the part exchange of my old car, within a couple of hours I was headed back home in my new car.

I genuinely can’t fault Thame Cars in any way. This is exactly how buying a car should be — professional, friendly and completely hassle-free.

Good professional service which creates convidence

Easy booking, great service, professional team always a pleasure to deal with.

I originally booked my car in for a service with a courtesy car. However, I was contacted the day before the appointment and informed that a courtesy car was no longer available.

I therefore rescheduled the service for the following week specifically so that I could have a courtesy car. Having not heard anything by the day before the rearranged appointment, I called to confirm everything was booked in, only to be told once again that there were no courtesy cars available. I asked whether my car could instead be collected from my address, which was then arranged.

I also asked for a wheel bearing to be checked during the service. While my car was at the garage, I received a call confirming that it needed replacing and was quoted just under £700 for the replacement of one wheel bearing.

I decided not to go ahead with the repair and subsequently obtained several quotes elsewhere, all of which were around £250 for the same work. I appreciate that prices can vary between garages, but a difference of approximately £450 for a single wheel bearing replacement is significant and left me very disappointed with the quote I received.

As always with Thame cars , changing cars is so easy and stress free . A amazing service from choosing a car to the day of change . Very helpful staff and they are all friendly . Shelim one of the car sales team as always is very helpful , answers every question and explains the paperwork . On handover Shelim sat in car and explained the different controls and helped set up the electronic side like phones .
Thame cars so easy to deal with very friendly staff and customer service superb . Not once have I ever felt under pressure to have a car . The whole expieriance is excellent , I can thoroughly recomend Thame cars and their staff and car sales team great company to deal with .

I honestly couldn’t recommend Thame Cars highly enough. From the very first enquiry through to collecting the car, Shelim was absolutely brilliant.

What stood out most was how genuine, honest and completely unpressured the whole experience felt. There was none of the usual pushy car sales approach you can sometimes experience when buying a car. Instead, Shelim gave me the facts, talked me through the different options, answered every question I had and genuinely seemed more interested in making sure I chose the right car than simply making a sale.

He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. I didn’t felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which made a huge difference when making what is obviously a significant purchase.

The car itself was exactly as described and the whole experience, from viewing and test driving through to the paperwork and handover, was handled professionally and efficiently. It’s clear that Thame Cars genuinely care about their reputation and, more importantly, about their customers.

Shelim is a real credit to the business. His knowledge, honesty and customer service are exactly what you want when buying a car and he’s completely changed my perception of the used car buying experience.

There are plenty of places that can sell you a car, but it’s much harder to find somewhere that makes you feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. Thame Cars did exactly that.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would absolutely use them again in the future. A genuinely first class experience from start to finish.

Brilliant service at Thame Cars. Peter was very professional guided us through our car selection. No hard sell. All staff were friendly & polite. We could test drive as many as we wanted before choosing a VW TRoc. All sorted within a few days. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you for a brilliant hassle free service & would 100% recommend.

TC took in our son's dated VW Polo, without a booking, with a near undriveable power steering fault and warning light. Despite fearing the worst they identified it was an electrical fault only and where able to have it back on the road in just a couple of days - for 1 hour's labour only with electrical part fixed. Very impressed. This is why I'm happy to continue to bring in any of our 4 cars to you.
