They should get no stars, this is a scammer company who will not answer correspondence, you will never receive the item you ordered. I ordered the hog warts acceptance package in February, When I inquired about the order in April I received an order shipped email that contained no other shipping information. Never arrived and still won’t respond to any and all correspondence. Wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order.

Only one star because there isn't an option for zero.
My 16 year old daughter eagerly purchased the Harry Potter pack with "Ultimate Hogwarts Acceptance Package with the Mystery Gift". Days later, on 29th June she received a dispatch email that we should receive it in 10 days. It still hasn't arrived and they aren't replying to our requests or emails. This was her first time purchasing online. What has happened? Where are the goods? I will be following this with a request from Visa to trace payment if I don't get a reply. I'm saddened from reading this thread that it appears to be a scam. What a shame.

Worst company by far I’ve ordered from. I ordered the Hogwarts Package with 3 mystery gifts back on February 16th, it is now September 24th. Sent them emails about it to get a generic “it’s been shipped” email on May 14th. Nothing like trying to buy a gift for a family member to only have the company take my money and then disappear.

I ordered from them in January, it's now September, 9 months since I placed my order and it's still yet to arrive. I received an email in May to say it's been shipped, but nothing since. I've emailed on several occasions, used their online contact form and have received zero communication back from them. No working telephone number for this company (***Beware the 707 number listed for them is also a scam!!***)They are quick enough to take your money, and then scam you again!! I've now reported them to trading standards.

Scam. I ordered 1 of their Harry Potter packages in early March 2019, followed up with an email in early July, no reply, no goods, as at mid-September 2019. Links on the purchase confirmation email go to a 401 error, and their website is permanently under construction, so no way to contact them. I am too late to dispute the purchase with my bank, so I'm out of pocket, and feeling like a total mug for falling for the scam. I am so relieved that I never mentioned it to my daughter because she would be so disappointed.

Ordered the Harry Potter gift set, stupid me. Over 6 months have elapsed and nothing in sight. Have sent them 5 emails and not a single reply. Please do not be taken in by these scammers

Ordered back in March (Harry Potter Acceptance Letter with special upgraded gift)...a few weeks later I received an email saying my order was being processed....I sent an email in May....and again in June....it's now September....still NOTHING and NO RESPONSE.

Acceptance Letter ordered 3/2/19. I guess you can’t buy your way into Hogwarts. Did the company actually expect owls to deliver all the letters? No wonder, there could be thousands of dropped letters in the oceans. That’s what I’m telling my daughter anyway, after I learned my lesson about scammers.

I bought the Harry Potter acceptance package for my brother-in-law as a birthday/christmas present. He recieved it, and it was perfect! I bought it in November 2018. And it arrived the first week of January 2019. But then I bought another one for my sons best friends birthday. I upgraded the package to the 3 mystery item and they took my money, claimed it shipped, and noones recieved it. I bought it in April 2019. It claimed to have shipped in May 2019. And here we are September 2019, and nothing.

SCAM!! Ordered in March and still haven’t received anything. No responses to emails and my bank won’t refund me the money so I’m out of pocket now. Don’t do it! It was a birthday gift to myself for the one time I could afford something for myself. Never bothering with that again

Total scam. These people are thieves. Tried to email them and didn’t even get a reply. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

I wish I did not have to choose a star. Worst experience of my life. This has put me off ordering online ever again. Being a single mom with a low-income job is hard enough, but having the money for your childrens presents stolen by a "company" from another country is the last straw. NEVER ORDER FROM THAT LOVELY STORE!!!!!

Never get my order... I'm waiting for 6 month now.

Like some others seems they sent a mass email on the 14th May saying packages shipped but nothing....

It's been about 6 months still nothing! Their website is shut down but I did find a number I'd though I'd share with everyone 861-382-329-1651. Calling first thing tomorrow!

Just Pathetic. Same as everyone else. Paid in March got "sent" email in may and nothing since. try to email and contact via web site. nothing notta zip.

This company is a scam ... I order since March, received a shipment email since May and still haven’t received anything ... don’t waste your time and money ... I do hope they get found and dealt with for scamming people of their honest money .. I wish there was a option of a minus star... worst company ever
