I would just like to thank Abigail and all the team that I met today. I called in on the off chance that someone could look into my ear and tell me if a lost ear bud from my hearing aid was lodged in m ear. I was asked to sit down and within minutes I was seen and after examination Abigail carefully removed the offending piece of silicone.
This is the kind of old time service that I thought had gone forever. Thank you once again. I will recommend Evenetts to everyone.

The audiology assessment was very comprehensive, and it included a test of hearing acuity directly for speech too, and advice for this, something especially important to have. The Audiologist, Matt, was very informative and knowledgable and the session very helpful indeed. Follow ups have been excellent too. All communication and admin. from the Hearing Care Partnership have also been timely and helpful.

It was a first class professional service which has improved my mums hearing from 7% mid range up to 80% which I can not tell you how much that has changed her life from missing everything what was said to being able to join in to conversations again, thank you so much Matt Baker.

Having suffered with tinnitus for a year I decided to book a consultation with THCP in Bridgnorth and met with Matt Baker. He was superb in every respect. He talked thoroughly through my circumstances, clearly explained every test and went through the results to explain what they showed. Matt’s clarity and knowledge helped me understand as well as be reassured that I didn’t have any hearing issues. Matt even offered to write to my GP in order to help me further. Professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout I couldn’t recommend Matt highly enough - no attempt to rush the appointment even when it was clear that I wouldn’t need hearing aids. I would have been more than happy to have paid a fee for the consultation so the fact that this level of customer service is free is amazing. Thank you Matt and THCP!

I had a consultation with Helen Barton in Bridgnorth. I found her friendly, professional and informative, taking time to explain to me how the aids worked and how I could benefit from them. When I tried out the recommended aid I found it surpassed my expectations. The care plans seem excellent and the ability to consult the same person locally is very reassuring.

Brilliant service. Previously went to the doctors who said they wouldn’t wash my ears out. I was really struggling and The Hearing Care Partnership were really professional, explained everything to me. Brilliant results, can now hear again and the hissing has gone. Painless procedure.
