I had an appointment yesterday with Mr Rixon for wax removal and hearing assessment. Communication can be so difficult when one has blocked ears! One can feel so stupid.

Dagmara has helped my Dad here for the 1st time in years! She spent as long as it took to solve the problem which has been looked at for years on both sides of the Atlantic. At 87, he is not always polite or grateful, but we are. He can join in for the first time in years....due to Dagmara's patience and perseverance. We are so grateful

I had a fantastic experience with The Hearing Care Partnership on Monday after experiencing a fully blocked ear on the weekend. Megan saw to me after coming in with a panic and managed to see to me very kindly that afternoon. I was impressed with the amount of compassion i received from both the opticians and from Megan. I am only over in the UK for 2 weeks but still took the time to check my hearing and explain my results, she then sent me the results to take back home with me (so kind!). I would recommend the Chipping Norton Opticians in a heartbeat, very kind lovely people, great booking service, and a very in-depth appointment- I learnt more about my ears in one appointment than i have in a lifetime! Thank you very much and thank you Megan for the lovely experience. best of luck all.

Leigh did my consultation and she was an absolute joy to deal with. Friendly and considerate. The first time I have had microsuction treatment with no tinnitus afterwards. Jasper was also a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Will be back!

Meghan was very professional, answered any questions I had and explained findings in a clear way to ensure I understood everything.

My consultant, Vicky, was 100% in every aspect. She was very professional & highly informative. She has a lovely, friendly personality & made me feel that I was her most important client that day, she took so much trouble to explain every aspect of my wonderful new (1st time!) hearing aid.
I cannot praise and thank her enough for her positive attitude and only wish I'd seen her a long time ago!
I shall pass on her name to all my 'qualifying' friends, and now look forward to a much improved 'audio' life!
