He showed great empathy in assessing her hearing needs and took patient steps to ensure all was in accordance with her wishes. She subsequently changed her mind and the full refund was processed without stress or lengthy discussion.

I went to see Matt in Swanage who listened carefully to my particular circumstances. I now have two hearing aids and I am astonished daily how well I can hear and I forget I am actually wearing them. A life changer. I produce music for a hobby and these new aids have made a huge difference to my enjoyment and the end results. Thanks Matt.

A good experience
On thinking I was not hearing my friends and husbands conversations I thought I should have a hearing test. From the first test I felt that I was being treated sympathetically and with respect. I now have hearing aids which have changed my life and am now able to interact in conversations. Matt has been very helpful and informative in my progress.

Hearing Test
Had a full hearing test at Frith's opticians in Swanage by Matt Whettingsteel. Very clear explanation both before and after each element of the tests and final assessment, plan and letter to my GP. Only problem was that his tympanometer was not working.
Would definitely recommend Matt'.

I always get excellent service from Matt a d the team in the opticians in Swanage
I always get excellent service from Matt, he is extremely helpful and caring as well as very knowledgable. Any problems I have had have been sorted out with efficiency a d good grace. Nothing is too much trouble. The hearing aids have been a godsend to me have definately improved my life.
