had appointment with THCP at Twickenham today and saw Jasper who was brilliant. Sorted out my ear wax problem and was very helpful and considerate and also had hearing test which is very informative, would definitely recommend to friends and Jasper is great.

Very happy with my visit. I was fascinated by the before and after photographs and Jasper was very informative on all things auditory. I highly recommend this company.

I visited Charlie at Twickenham to have ear wax removed. However after examination this was not the cause of my problem. Charlie immediately wrote a letter of referral to my GP for an urgent appointment with an ENT specialist. As no work had been carried out there was no charge for the consultation, despite it taking up a lot of his time.

Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Fiona Crawford was excellent. She explained everything clearly to me as we went through the hearing test. it really helped me have a good hearing test and i am now so much more aware about hearing and how it can be used help understand my overall health.

I had a consultation with an ENT consultant, who said I needed hearing aids but didnt really explain very much, or seem to have examined me properly. I wanted a second opinion and am very glad I contacted this audiologist. I was seen by Fiona, and from the start I could see she was very professional and thorough. She was more than happy to explain all the tests and tell me what each result meant in terms of treatment options. She tuned a set of hearing aids to my prescription and I was able to hear the difference they made before buying. Highly recommend Fiona for her caring and unhurried attitude.

Absolutely brilliant. Exceptional care and attention. Really went the extra mile. The last hearing care clinic I went to was Harley Street, under the illusion that because of the name it would be the best. Actually, The Hearing Care Partnership was much better; more personal, went the extra mile and cheaper! 100% recommend!

I'm afraid I don't use my hearing aids as I don't really get on with them. However, I was asked for an anual review in which my audiologist "serviced" my hearing aids and reset them up.

A great painless job done - I need to have ears cleared of wax on a fairly regular basis. Also the audiology test afterwards is useful to know if any other priblems exist.

Fiona was very professional and after a comprehensive examination and a few fitting visits issued me with a pair of outstanding hearing aids.

We were seen promptly. The hearing tests were conducted thoroughly and professionally. Explanations were clear. Options were well set out. While we do not currently feel the need for hearing aids, we shall now be tested regularly and shall be well informed and prepared when and if we decide that we do need to take that step.

The tests were clearly done and very well explained. The results were also clear and differentiated between the types of hearing loss I have and the detail confirmed my suspicions.
I am in a stage of hearing loss which is age related and will need support. I am experience of what hearing loss can mean in terms of isolation and acceleration of the complications of old age. I am keen to follow this through and will use the same team as they can help me monitor how my hearing loss develops.
I have decided to think a little more about getting a hearing aid immediately, but I have NO doubts that I will use the team I met today. Many thanks

This was my first ever hearing test and I was most impressed! Fiona started by asking me lots of questions, she then showed me the structure of an ear and explained how sounds are actually made. She then proceeded to test each and every part of the journey of the sound from my ear canals to how my brain interprets the sounds. The appointment was very thorough and I knew I was in good hands. I have already sent a note to Fiona Crawford, whom I saw at Twickenham, and expressed my thoughts about the treatment which I received.
Fiona was very approachable and pleasant. Her explanations of what she was doing, and why, were excellent.
Having also been to the NHS, however, I found her more experienced than the staff whom I met there.
She explained everything very carefully and tested me on more levels than the NHS.
For example she played me sentences to try and repeat - as opposed to just words.
I would recommend Fiona wholeheartedly and hope that in due course I may be able to afford to take advantage of her suggestions.

The service I receive is excellent. The hearing tests were really comprehensive and I felt like i was really being listened to and was given really clear explanations. Follow up support was really welcome, whilst I adjusted to using hearing aids. I'd highly recommend Fiona for her professionalism, knowledge and care.
