The staff are amazing, friendly and they care so much for the animals. All the animals have names and appear to be very happy. The children look very happy and are interactive with staff and the animals.
The environment is superb.

Henry loves coming to the sessions. He has benefitted from learning about the animals and their care. Friendly rangers who make it an enjoyable time.

Superb from start to finish. From excellent customer service from Jessie to a great experience over four days for my ten year old son. Great team, lot's of interesting things to do, and a ride home absolutely buzzing followed by royal exhaustion from a a day's work. Perfect.

My daughter goes every Monday after school.
She absolutely loves it.
Staff are extremely friendly, and go above and beyond making the experience for the kids enjoyable, whilst learning at the same time.

Such an incredible place

We visited the centre for my girlfriend's birthday, since she wanted to meet the meerkats from a long time ago and we enjoyed the experience a lot!! The man who attended us was very nice and respectful about all the animals; he let us feed the capybaras and the meerkats (they were soooo sweet). I really recommend this experience if you like animals : )

My son has training and does volunteering. We have been coming for the past 5 years and are happy overall.

Amazing staff and well run, organised sessions with facilities to park and have a coffee while you wait.

It provides such a wonderful, tactile opportunity for children to work with animals and to learn responsibility.

My 5 year old daughter is still raving about her day at ARC. She loved seeing all the animals, the feeding and doing crafts.

I asked her if there was anything she didn’t like about the day and said ‘yes, when it ended’.

We did a variety of holiday clubs over the week and this was by far her favourite.

What an excellent experience. Ranger Lois was superb and made my sons day.

My kids absolutely loved the activities at ARC CENTRE. Amazing experience..we met the Capybaras. Staff are so patient, knowledgeable and passionate. We will definitely be going back.

Always great experience dealing with The Arch and my daughter so loves going there every week - great for young and older children/teenagers.
