Dissappointing
You sent me a poster when I ordered a canvas and my Aura picture didn't come at all. You charged an enormous amount for these picture sucked in by your advertisement. Showing a high quality product.

Hello Derek,
We would like to clarify the situation here, as you did indeed receive a poster at your home. Your order is perfectly correct - at the time of your purchase, you chose a poster for your portrait and a canvas for your portrait aura :)
As the two products are different, they were shipped separately.
I am pleased to see that your second package arrived safely on July 15th.
We wish you all the best.

The ai picture is absolutely beautiful!
The ai picture is absolutely beautiful. The only thing I wish were if the eyes of the Bald Eagle be golden, not green. But the rest of it the paper quality is thick, and the customer service providing your picture journey was wonderful. Thank you The Atelier team!

Fabulous picture that is really ne.
The questions were varied and not intrusive. The process was easy to follow. The result was surprising but really innovative and beautiful. The actual framed canvas is magnificent. If you wear spectacles and want to create a more historical rendering, choose a picture where you are not wearing your glasses.Well done Atelier, I love my picture.
