I’m very sorry! I followed what I thought was a link to The Dressing Room Westport. I hope this will re-set the balance.

Ordered a pair of trousers , they were too small, phoned customer service and they kept size up on hold , I returned and they sent out new size straight away

This is what shopping with an independent business is all about! The customer service was amazing at all stages.

I placed my order for a pair of sandals online, after seeing the item on Instagram. I then wanted to amend the colour I’d chosen, so I quickly phoned up to do this. Lovely, helpful lady changed this for me over the phone without an issue.

Delivery was quick and my package was beautifully wrapped. Unfortunately I needed the next size up which wasn’t in stock on the website, so I returned the sandals with a note saying thank you and I was sad I couldn’t exchange. I then had an email to say they could keep me updated if a pair came back in stock, and when it did (the next day), they immediately despatched the new size.

They arrived today and are perfect - it was lovely that they took the time to keep in touch and keep checking the stock to process an exchange.

Fabulous service and communication - I will definitely order online again. I’m sad I don’t live closer to the store, as I would be a regular visitor! I love the videos that are shown by the team on Instagram - styling the products and showcasing the brands. This experience is exactly what shopping with a small independent business should be - nothing was too much trouble and I’m a very happy customer.

After receiving an order which came with the packaging damaged, I emailed customer service and got a lovely reply straight away to be told a new item would be sent out.

Overpriced. Thankfully they were lacking my size in shoes, jeans and trousers so I went online and searched for them. To my surprise they were cheaper and the items I purchased were overpriced too. Had I bought everything from there I wanted I would have been £145 out of pocket!

Customer service is first class. I had a small issue with some buttons being missing I was offered a free of charge postage label to return the item even though I had worn this once. I asked if I could just have the buttons sent as I loved the top. The buttons were sent out within a day. Nothing was too much trouble. They responded very quickly to me email too. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service it’s really appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend the Dressing Room

A fabulous find! Lovely boutique with lots of choice from casual and comfy to smart and dressy. Lovely friendly service and staff were happy to help and advise! Will be back!

I always buy my Ortigia perfume from this shop as it's usually very competitive. It also always comes wrapped beautifully in tissue paper and a gift bag! The customer support I spoke with recently was very understanding and kind, she helped me in replacing a faulty product without any fuss.

Horrible. I searched for a particular pair of shoes and found them in my daughters size at The Dressing Room Boutique. I checked website for returns. It says RETURNS + exchanges (within 14 days). Shoes did not fit. I initiated a return only to be told after emailing in frustration that they only offer store credit. Very very DECEPTIVE. They refuse to communicate further. BEWARE. Awful!

I have ordered for the first time and am happy with the service. A lovely boutique with a really good website and advisors. Definitely would recommend to buy from x

Love! have bought jeans and trainers and knickers here - love shopping from independent retailers who work so hard for their money.

Wanted new Veja trainers but couldn’t find in usual shops so ordered from the Dressing Room. I’m wary of online retailers I haven’t used before but trainers arrived quickly in beautiful packaging- trainers are perfect. Very pleased 😃

Absolutely terrible, ordered 3 weeks ago never even sent a confirmation email until I chased a week master and now 2 more weeks the delivery is still in transit and done nothing but money taken as soon as payment made.

No response from anyone contacted 3 times now, have even called today and no answer left a message.

One of the worse customer experiences I have ever had

Discovered this online shop when I recently purchased a pair of Veja trainers through them. Delivery was incredibly fast and the product came beautifully wrapped. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

Love, love, love. Amazing choice of brands and designers. Excellent service both in the shop and on-line. Highly recommended.
