AVOID!
AVOID!
Watch wasn't delivered.
Their customer services said "the burden of proof is on you to prove you've not received your parcel"
How on earth do you prove you haven't received something. It's impossible.
Go to a reputable company and avoid

This lady is beyond a joke, another Karen trying to damage a honest company.
We will explain why, one this lady ordered a watch and under her delivery address she wrote down The Watch Studio, like really, is that your address? Or is that our company name,
As for the tracking and delivery https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/KD629517282GB
This is the tracking link where you can track your item, we just hope we never need to deal with such moronic customer, and yes stick to your reputable stores, we rather not be bothered by such a nonsense customer.

The Watch Studio
Beautiful Armani watch delivered the next day, brilliant.
I ordered my watch on Monday morning and it arrived on Tuesday, brilliant service! My Armani watch is beautiful, perfect. Don't be tempted by 'sites' selling Armani watches at half the price. The reviews are very telling, fakes, not delivered etc. the watch Studio is the real deal. Absolutely recommend them.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience using The Watch Studio. I purchased a beautiful and unusual looking Hugo Boss watch for a good price and it was delivered next day which was unexpected.
The box was protected nicely with good packaging & the presentation is exquisite. Very much looking forward to seeing my sons face on his 16th birthday!

I had such a wonderful experience with The Watch Studio. I initial watch I bought my husband was lovely but he would have preferred a leather strap instead of stainless steel. The return and reordering process was so easy and zero stress to me. He loved his new watch and will definitely recommend for future purchases.
