Had to reschedule appointment because no courtesy car. Returned car and found something not working so had to phone garage but couldn’t get through. Eventually got through and they arranged to send someone out but couldn’t then fix problems. We were told they ordered parts and would get in touch. Waited a week and chased and was told they forgot. Still waiting for repair

Very pleased with the job that was done. The job was done in a quick and timely manner and with good communication. The only criticism I have is that there was some misinformation about the collection of my car. I was told that it could be collected by a truck but then a guy turned up to drive it back but he was really good but I explained to him that it was a classic and didn't want anybody to drive it. It turned out that it couldn't be collected by truck and the guy returned to collect it without any issue.

Good communication and quality of repair = Satisfied + Would use again .

Fairly speedy repair which was great. Issues started when they were not able to return my car as promised as a driver sick. Seems I should feel sorry for them. I had to do all the chasing.

When the car was dropped off (they would not bring it to my home so compromise agreed) it has a large scratch on it where the repair was done. The drivers response when this was pointed out was to ‘ring the office’. No ownership or apology. I wrote and heard nothing.

Inside the door was covered with thick white dust (from sanding) and I think there is a layer of lacquer on the windscreen I can’t get off.

So maybe job rushed.

Service was absolutely fantastic great job done

It looks like the repair has been done well but i do not know exactly what has been done despite asking for details. it also took much longer than initially indicated apparently because parts were unavailable.
However, it was the poor communication to advise when the car would be ready that was the main issue, getting almost daily texts to say the car was ready when clearly it was not.

Nice friendly staff all round. Fast and perfect work. Car looks great.

Accident Repair Hub did a wonderful repair work on my vehicle. I am truly impressed by the neat and professional touch, and the ease of communication and transparency i enjoyed with them whilst my vehicle remained in their custody. They always kept me up to speed with the progress of work done and any other information i needed to be aware of. I am delighted to say that i have received my vehicle today 18 May. The service delivery is worthy of commendation, and i highly recommend their services and expertise to all. Well done Accident Repair Hub, you deserve your 5 Star!

The vehicle was returned with very poor workmanship
Fixings where missing from the bumper and trims
The paintwork had parts missing over spray and paint runs

The workmanship is way below standard and may even be dangerous due to fixings being missing

Company kept me up to date with the repair status and were always courteous and professional. My car was returned cleaned and as soon as possible once all repairs were completed.
