Hi Warren, thank you for your feedback. We are saddened to receive a one star review. After investigation we can see that you have already unsubscribed from our email system after 3 emails. We appreciate all feed back and have taken it on board in regards to the frequency of our EDMs which is currently 1-2 times a week. If you were happy with your products and the rest of your service we would kindly ask you reconsider your 1 star review.

Hi Crystal,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback regarding the one-star review. We are committed to providing high-quality products at competitive prices, and we take your concerns very seriously.
We would like to clarify that the novelty handcuffs are not intended for bondage use. Upon reviewing your order, we can confirm that the sizing of the plug is indeed accurate; it is listed with an insertable length of 2 inches or 5 cm.
To ensure you find products that better suit your needs, please contact us at web@bedaring.com.au. We are more than happy to assist you with replacements.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
Best regards,
Ben Boswell
