I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I had the pleasure of working with Carl and explained everything in simple terms and in great detail, with complete transparency. I was immediately put at ease with his honest and straightforward explanation and made this property purchase a complete no brainer. I couldn’t recommend this service enough. Whether I text or called Night or day, Carl was there to support me every step of the way. Even when I had a little bit of buyers remorse, The Advice Room gave me completely impeccable service and advice and put me completely at ease. They even advised I speak to the CEO of the housing association who was lovely and helpful. I have started with one house (at their advice) despite me informing them I was looking to invest in multiple properties. They were more than confident in the offering to prove the service to me with one and I’m already thinking about 2/3 more. Great Service, wonderful people, excellent advice and I would advise anyone to use this agency over any other. Thank you Advice Room.

I honestly can’t recommend The Advice Room highly enough. From the very beginning, the level of support and care I received was exceptional.
What stood out most was how approachable and genuinely invested they were in helping me. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and whenever I had a question or needed clarification, the response was incredibly quick. Having someone who actually takes the time to understand your situation and explain things properly made a huge difference.
