Don't buy from them..they send you worst quality plant saplings...and try to teach how to revive those dead plants .ufff....never get those numbers in website connected. Automated emails will go on teach you and never admit their mistake and fraudulent behavior. I won't give even a single star option here. Never ever buy from them...

I ordered for 21 items which was confirmed by their invoice number 1109931 and the order id is 8454935085242. I received 21 items by number but one of the ordered item was missing but in place of this another item was sent. I raised a complaint and I got a reply from one Ms.Aarthi stating that my complaint will be resolved within 72 hrs and she instructed me not to write about this in any social media also she asked for the order id details which I already given in my complaint mail??. As requested by her I send unboxing video also but from 13th August 2026 till today I have not received any feedback from the affordable stores. Very poor customer service and it is not the place to order any material.

Absolute Scam - Dead Plants, Missing Items, and Refusal to Refund

Do not buy from The Affordable Organic Store. My recent order (#1115064) was a complete disaster, and their customer service is incredibly frustrating.

Here is exactly how they scammed me:
- The 3.5-inch plastic pot I ordered arrived completely crushed and unusable.
- The live saplings (Rubber Plant, Peace Lily, and Philodendron Micans) arrived severely wilted, broken, and practically dead.
- The Rajanigandha bulb was entirely dried out. The tiny saplings looked absolutely nothing like the lush pictures on their website.
- They completely failed to ship the Imported Mixed Freesia bulb I paid for.
- Their website clearly advertised a "free gift" for orders over Rs. 250, but my Rs. 495 order included no such gift.

When I sent them an unboxing video and photos proving the damage and missing items, they dragged the process out for days. Instead of taking accountability, they claimed the dead, broken plants were just "stressed" from transit and refused to issue a refund. For the item they completely forgot to ship, they refused to refund my original payment method and tried to force website store credit on me instead.

Highly unethical business practices and deceptive advertising. Save your money, avoid the headache, and buy your plants locally!

I ordered for two plants online by paying an advance amount.

in promotional videos show a box for supply but sent in a torn envelope- 11 items.
On any message/email, standard reply that due to heavy demand they are unable to respond & after 48 to 72 hours will respond.

do not purchase perlite from this store. its just dust and unusable and actually its very costly, you get a 1kg packet outside for 280rs, here 100gms is 50 rs. its avtually a rip off

Absolute waste of time n money if your buying plants, the saplings are very poorly packed like 2- 3 saplings cramped in a tiny box, by the time it reaches the customer they have no life left, already dead when we reach out to them they say, it's transport associated stress, plants can survive with proper care but there should be some life left with the sapling to survive how to care a dead plant, when we try to chat, they abruptly close the chat without giving any proper response or resolution, if we email them with images of the dead plants, they promise us the store credit which would never get credited even after the repeated followup,

I am writing this with utter frustration and deep disappointment regarding my extremely poor experience with your organization across two consecutive orders.This is not an isolated error; it reflects a consistent pattern of poor quality control, unprofessional packaging, and a customer-hostile refund policy.

1. Order #1034965 - Placed on 9th May, 2026.

Items Ordered: Vermi Compost, ZZ Plant Sapling (1Pc), Peperomia Green Plant Sapling (1Pc), Jade Plant Sapling (1Pc), Epsom Salt (250gms), Neem Oil (30ml), Aparajita Blue Pea Seeds (1), Natural Bamboo Seeds (10 Seeds)

Deficiencies Found:
a) ZZ Plant, Peperomia Green, and Jade Plant saplings arrived completely dried and dead on arrival - unfit for survival.
b) Aparajita Blue Pea Seeds and Bamboo Seeds (10 seeds) failed to germinate at all, despite following proper sowing procedures, indicating poor seed quality/storage.
c) I raised a complaint with photographic evidence. Instead of a refund to source, a paltry sum of Rs. 306.44 was forced upon me as Store Credit on 20th May, leaving me with no option but to re-order.

.2. Order #1098355 - Placed on 20th July to utilize the forced Store Credit - Delivered Today.
Items Ordered: Sansevieria Bacularis Mikado Plant Sapling (1pc), Peperomia Green Plant Sapling (1Pc), ZZ Plant Sapling (1Pc).

Deficiencies Found - Which is even worse than the first time:
a) Unprofessional & Self-Damaging Packaging: Adhesive tapes were stuck directly onto the leaves, tearing them on opening. The soft soil pots were completely crushed flat under pressure from other items/logistics handling, with zero protective packaging for live plants.
b) Wrong & Missing Item: The Sansevieria Bacularis Mikado Plant Sapling (1pc) is MISSING from the parcel. Instead, a second, weak, wriggled, and almost crushed ZZ Plant sapling was dumped in its place.
c) The plants delivered are not healthy saplings but extremely small, fragile, unrooted cuttings that cannot survive transit.How long is a customer expected to retain composure while facing such repeated nuisance, financial loss, and mental harassment?

I am a regular buyer of gardening products from brands like Plant Orbit and have never faced such pathetic quality and service. Your practice of delivering dead/unrooted cuttings in the name of saplings, followed by a flat refusal to refund to the original mode of payment and forcing customers to re-purchase through "Store Credit" only, is a highly unethical and customer-trapping business model.

It is truly shameful that an organization claiming the legacy of a Retired Indian Air Force Veteran with 27 years of service is delivering such substandard products and service. This tarnishes the trust customers place in your brand name. A quick search on social media and consumer forums shows I am not alone, with numerous customers reporting identical issues of dead plants, missing items, and poor support.

My Demand:
1* Immediate full refund of Rs. 306.44 + the entire amount paid for Order #1098355 to my original source of payment (UPI / Bank). I do NOT accept Store Credit.

2* Take back your damaged/wrong products at your own cost if you wish.

3* Written confirmation of the refund initiation within 48 hours.

If this issue is not resolved with a proper refund, I will be compelled to escalate this matter by posting my detailed experience with photo/video evidence on all social media platforms, Google Reviews, and filing a formal complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH - 1915) and Consumer Forum for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I expect professionalism and accountability, which has been completely absent so far.

A frud company. Delivered lifeless tyny plants most of them already dead. what a waste of money. total regret.

Totally a fraudulent company.
I was delivered with a wrong order and several plants were missing in the order too. No response to my emails from customer support. Never go for this website.

They are well educated CHEATERS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I HAVE ORDERED AND MADE PAYMENT BUT PLANTS NOT DELIVERED.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order (Order ID: 1064953), placed on 14 June 2026.

Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team, I have received no response. Emails are either bouncing back or remain unanswered, and the contact numbers provided are consistently unreachable. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

The shipment in question contains live plants, which are perishable and have a very limited survival time during transit. The delivery has now been delayed far beyond a reasonable timeframe, and it is highly likely that the plants are no longer in viable condition.

Order Details:

- Date of Order: 14 June 2026

Issue:

- Shipment significantly delayed beyond acceptable duration
- Order not yet delivered
- High risk of complete loss due to perishability of plants

I request an immediate resolution within 48 hours of receiving this email:

Looks like they are located too far from the place where I ordered. I was wondering how the live plants will be delivered over 1 week and almost 1.5k miles away.

I ordered almost 8 plants and they are stuffed in a small carton box and I am afraid due to the climate condition half of them will not survive.

The condition of the plants when received is not very promising.

I regret that I did not read the reviews before placing an order.

My suggestion would please do not take order which takes 1 week or more. These are live plants not seeds.

Be cautious when ordering from here. I did not receive my product, and the tracking information provided does not appear to be genuine.

This guy's are really cheaters all of my plants dead when it got delivered and when I tried to mention and comment on their instagram post they deleted and blocked me what a cheap mentality
Be aware guys please don't order and waste your money . There are lot of genuine vendors who deliver the best plants and garden setup. Once again I want to say you guys are really cheaters

Affordable Organics is a total sham. This business must be sued for shamelessly conning people. They have not delivered my order nor refunded my money. They have a prepared answer format to any mail you write to them. They take your money and disappear. Please do not buy from them.
