Ordered on 5th, claimed dispatch on 6th. Chased on 13th as no delivery but no reply received. Arrived 18th. Will try another company for my purchase next time.

I needed a filter for the airflow in my flat, found what I needed on the website and ordered it. The filter arrived promptly and I was kept up to date by email as to how my order was progressing. Very happy.

I ended up ringing them because I had some more questions around a particular product which they were able to help me with. They also knew the product didn't come with ducting but it was something they could supply as well as grille kits.

Original filters arrived promptly and in good time. They were however damaged (bent) by the courier. On informing Air Shop they promptly sent out replacement filters. Very good service. Filters are great will definitely use in the future. Thanks

The one I had was hard to get hold of so they recommended a new one to me and also put me in touch with hrv group who picked it up from them and installed it. Well .. delivery was late. I have phoned them and they sorted the problem out straight away .I understand there's shortage on lots of material but to keep me going they sent me another one free of charge untill the other one arrive .one week later I received the other one in the post. The best customer service we’ve received all year. We mistakenly ordered the wrong filters for our Vent Axia machine and only discovered this after trying to insert them. We contacted The Air Shop and said they would exchange the filters no problem. We sent the filters back and within hours of receiving them, Joe has sent us out the correct ones for next day delivery and has saved us on the hottest week of the year.
