TheAltening Reviews

good customer service and i got a stacked ikonik and glow acc they legit asf.

When i first seen this website i seen it on a youtube ad and i visit the site at first me and my friends was like yeah this is def a scam then we bought our first account and realized it was good service, owner is responsive, and overall just good detailed website and cheap prices now don't get me wrong some accounts is VERRY over priced but we started buying like 2-3 accs everyday bc some account's we got was just insane now i did get a couple of account's where the info did not work but i contacted the support team and they handled it very nicely,

The site is very legit and safe, i definetly reccomend!

Site incroyable.

Admin at TheAltening dot com Email does not work. We paid for products and did not receive them. I asked for refund and they kept responding with open a ticket but it will not let me open a ticket. The email it has online to reach out to customer service does not work. Stay away and do not purchase at this website.

Their response is saying I need to create a ticket but as my review states, it would not let me start a new ticket. I tried it multiple times and Xevier responded in email saying the instructions are clear and if you’re not able to follow them there’s nothing else they can do. I sent email evidence of all of this to trustpilot to show this company never resolved the issue when I tried to communicate with them.

Bought a few fortnite accounts and its 100% legit. some accounts did get pulled back but customer service was a short wait time and gave me another account back.

Support was awesome. Took a while for them to respond but they did. They gave me a Minecraft account that doesn't work then replaced it with another one that actually works. Thank you so much Xevier

I bought 3 Minecraft accounts and one of them had a 24 star in hypixel I couldn't even keep up the amount of stress I was getting in bedwars but anyway all of them worked and was op was insanely good but one of them was a low star but it doesn't matter I got these accounts for cheaper then Microsoft and I'm happy about it 9.8/10 highly recommend

I bought a take the L Fortnite account for $15 from the altening and when I logged into it everything worked, and it had save the world, 1100 vbucks, a few rare skins from season 3, tons of rare emotes, and tons of rare backpacks. Would recommend 10/10 I love you altening.

This company was amazing delivery was instant and the account completly worked!!!

I bought an account around like 6 months ago. Now, I forgot what the email was for it, but when I contacted Xavier (the owner of this whole site)... Well, here is the whole chat log:

Hello, what is your question? During some periods of time it can take a bit longer to receive a staff reply, please be patient 🤗

Hey! I have some questions. I have previously bought (idk how many accounts) on this website, but for some reason when I click the link that would direct me to my transaction details, it just leads me to the home page.

You

Ticket moved to the xevier-required category
Please be patient, Xevier is the only one who can help you with stuff like this. He will respond as soon as possible!

You
Alright.

xevier
Unfortunately orders made earlier than may of this year were deleted, so that's probably what happened

You
Can it be somehow restored?

You
I really need the login details for 1 of the accounts :/

xevier
No, sorry.

The ticket has been closed by a staff member or a bot. If you have any other issues please open a new ticket.

Conclusion:
The owner can't even help out his own customers with single things like viewing the literal order! What a terrible site. Just buy from the microsoft store or any other alt shop.

Reply to the answer: Why not store it? Like any other website? Many people are having the same issue as well, they can't seem to find their accounts login details due to the deletes.. Maybe just don't delete them and function like any other normal site?

The staff respond pretty quickly and are also very understanding an patient.

Very good website I recommend legit aff🔥🔥🔥

Bought a "Hypixel Ultra Secure Access (MICROSOFT ACCOUNT)" first account didn't have minecraft on it. Asked for a replacement, all the accounts that were gave to me after that, had me to require some windows pin to enter, and I tried everything to try login but it wouldn't work. I also gave the account details to my friend to try it, and it also didn't work on his end so it wasn't a problem with my pc. The guy refused to give a refund and ended the ticket even though I sent screenshots of it not working everytime. Don't ever buy from this site its a scam.

Yes very cool i love their message, instant, no cap

Cheap and good discounts. Would defo buy again

Nice Support But Not Professional.
I hope they will be better.
