My dog had been diagnosed with Kidney Disease and this required a prescription called Lactaided Ringers which like IV for humans but goes under their skin not in their veins. This solution greatly impacted the health and vitality of my dog. This clinic failed multiple times to effectively respond when Petsmart would contact them via fax to approve the prescription, such a simple task they failed to do, When I walked into their clinic and asked to buy the bags of Ringers Solution they orginally charged me $10 and then one day they decided they wanted to charge me $58. Now one liter only lasted one day. I needed 10 or mor bags at any given time period and that meant a lot of money. When I found Petsmart had them online for $7.00 I started to order them online. After 10 days go by when my dog needed this critical supply I called this Vets Office again asking why they failed to prescribe the ringers. And they said they are not an approved supplier. What? Thats not how it works. This place killed my dog ultimately. She dies on May 2, 2026 because I did not have sufficient supply needed to give to her. I saw her slowly die, first her hind legs failed her and then she could not lift her head and then she vomited and died with her eyes open. I hate these people. I ask everyone to leave this clinic a bad review, no pet owner should have to feel they do not veterinary support.
